Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Basic (free) plan. You keep your profile, reviews, and gallery — you just lose access to premium features like lead details and review responses.

A lead is any patient who submits a consultation request through your profile. This includes their name, contact information, procedure interest, and any additional details they provide.

Yes. All your profile data, reviews, gallery photos, and analytics history are preserved. You simply lose access to gated features like lead contact details and review responses until you upgrade again.

No contracts, no commitments. Both monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans offer a discount but are still cancellable with a prorated refund for unused months.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Yearly plans are billed once per year. You will receive an invoice via email for every charge.

Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Yearly plans are eligible for a prorated refund for any unused full months remaining on the subscription.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
