I came to Dr. Adelyn Ho for a bilateral mastopexy, and the entire experience with her and her team was nothing short of exceptional. She answered every one of my questions with expertise, patience, and professionalism, instantly putting me at ease. On the day of the procedure, the care and attention I received from Dr. Adelyn Ho and her team in the operating room were outstanding, from the nurses during check-in keeping my spirits high up until the very moment of surgery, the amazing anesthesiologists that kept me calm as they got me ready for surgery and finally Dr. Adelyn Ho for reassuring me and performing the surgery. I am absolutely thrilled with my results. Dr. Adelyn Ho’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to achieving perfection are evident in every part of my outcome. What we discussed is exactly what she delivered, and I couldn’t be more grateful as this has been quite the physical pain and insecurity for me. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Adelyn Ho. I underwent breast surgery expecting a noticeable change, but the results were minimal and did not reflect my expectation.Unfortunately, the size was determined solely by her judgment, without truly considering or involving me in the decision-making process. A year later, she suggested another surgery if I wanted a smaller size—something I believe could have been addressed properly the first time. In addition, I found her demeanor to be quite arrogant. She was not warm or approachable, and often came across as dismissive. Communication felt one-sided, and I never felt heard or respected as a patient. I hope this feedback helps others looking for a more collaborative and empathetic experience.

My journey of trying to find the best doctor for my earlobe keloid remove has been rough over many years. Until I was able to find Dr. Adelyn Ho. She is the best at what she does. Very meticulous with her work. I couldn’t be more happy with how my surgery went and post surgery. Her assistant Lisa is also super helpful and friendly. Lisa has provided me with details on how to care for after surgery and is always super helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. I would recommend Dr. Adelyn Ho to my friends, family and to those who need her specialty.

I had 4 facial moles that I wanted removed and Dr. Ho did an amazing job. The incisions have healed up very nicely - they are now invisible. I was nervous about the procedure but both herself and her assistant, Lisa, were reassuring and made me feel confident. Lisa is definitely an asset to the team. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the procedures. The after care was amazing. Even after hours I could email about a concern and get a response that same day. I highly recommend Dr. Ho.
