This was my first time meeting with Dr. Freitas. She made me feel very comfortable and explained step by step the procedure I was going to have on the next visit. She was kind and reassuring.

Dr Freitas is the most thorough and reliable doctor I could have ever asked for. She tells you like it is with all of the information. Which eases your fear and concerns. Her work is done meticulously and with great care. Can’t say enough great things about her and her staff.

Dr. Freitas came highly recommended and I was excited to get an appointment with her for surgery. Her front desk and assistant were good and checked my insurance appropriately and then followed up with me. However, Dr. Freitas not so much. She does run on time, but was not so happy to answer questions I had. She took pictures of my naked body with her phone and I jokingly asked where those pictures go. I think this is a valid question. She spoke to me like I was a moron and I was asking God he was doing something. She was pompous and condescending. So much so that I stopped asking questions- try looking at someone when they are asking a question about surgery rather than looking at your computer and not giving your patients the time of day. Very disappointed in her bedside manner.

I had a great experience. The staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly and wait time was less than 5 minutes. The Dr is wonderful, very professional and she gave her very honest opinions about everything (surgery, possible scarring) and was very clear about the plan moving forward as well as the possibility of future visits.
