Dr Kane has been a godsend. Our daughter had a condition that could be solved initially by doing speech therapy first before deciding on surgery. While the trust in the American healthcare system is at an all time low, and doctors being quick to prescribe medication and surgeries, Dr Kane took a responsible approach. He explained to us when we need to do surgery and all the things we can do between now and then to avoid a surgery. He and his team helped us throughout the process, did all the tests and therapies and measured progress and helped us avoid needing a surgery. He is a very responsible Dr who cares about the kids. I would highly recommend Dr Kane

Getting news that your infant daughter might have a cranial condition was shocking in itself. However, when I got a referral on a list of doctors to see, I instinctually felt that Dr. Kane was going to be the person I would take my daughter with. I knew that UTSW and Children's are the "go-to's" when it comes to essential care, and I'm truly blessed that the craniofacial team was the best in each and every way. Dr. Kane explains things that make every scared parent feel reassured, from all the appointments to before the surgery, we felt that handing our daughter in his hands, that everything would be okay. It has been a year since her CVR, and she is a thriving and happy baby girl. We appreciate everyone on his team for making us feel confident in her ability to thrive. While we don't know the journey ahead, we do know that Dr. Kane and his team always have the patient's best interest at heart.

I felt very safe handing my baby over to the doctors and nurses at Children’s to care for my baby during surgery. She came back in great shape and the post op care on floor 10 was great as well. I highly recommend Dr Kane and his team. Dr Kane has great beside manners. My baby’s recovery is great and she has minimal discomfort.

We were so lucky to have Dr. Kane help our daughter. She is 1.5 years old and had to have a spot on her scalp removed. I had several consults before I found Dr. Kane and he really stood out. I’m so glad we went with him because he did an amazing job. My daughter will most likely have no scar at all and the recovery time was amazing. I highly recommend him if your child needs plastic surgery. He was very informative, personable and good with my daughter.
