I couldn't ask for a better plastic and reconstructive surgeon. His attentiveness to your needs/desires is outstanding and his bedside manner is very calming. He has done all of my reconstructive surgeries after having breast cancer and I couldn't be more pleased. City of Hope is very fortunate to have him on their staff. Thank you Dr. Liu.

Dr. Liu is the most conscientious, patient, kind and committed surgeon. He performed 2, 8 hour surgeries for me with no breaks. He is a very hard worker. A very skilled micro-surgeon and he has a caring and patient bedside manner. I would recommend him if you choose reconstruction rather than implants.
