Dr. Lloreda is very professional and kind, and explained everything involving the procedure that I was going to have. The procedure and result were all that I expected - was in good and skilled hands. Every follow up appointment has been very positive and he is always patient, caring and attentive to any concerns or needs. I'm very satisfied with the procedure that Dr. Lloreda performed. I cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Alfredo Lloreda, MD, and the entire team at the Williams Center. Dr. Lloreda performed my breast reduction, lift, muscle repair, liposuction, and tummy tuck, and from start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Lloreda is exceptionally skilled, professional, and compassionate. Only 7 weeks post-op, my results are already beyond what I imagined — natural, beautiful, and truly life-changing. He is always available to answer questions or address concerns, which made me feel supported and confident throughout my entire recovery. The entire Williams Center team is outstanding, but Megan S. truly deserves special recognition. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed, safe, and completely at ease. I also made the decision to hire Megan as a post-procedure companion for the evening, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. She was incredibly attentive, walked me through everything step by step, answered questions before I even knew to ask them, and made me feel calm, cared for, and secure during a vulnerable time. After major procedures like these, having someone you immediately trust is priceless — and Megan is that person. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lloreda, Megan, and the entire Williams Center team. If you are considering any cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend them. I saw Dr. Lloreda for removal of a skin cancer on my shin. When I walked into the office, I was welcomed with smiles and warmth. From the desk people to the nurses, everyone was lovely. Dr. Lloreda is a genuinely warm and caring person. After explaining my cancer and what would happen in the procedure, he listened to me and answered every question. It is obvious that these people love what they do and where they work. They are knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. I also noticed every patient was smiling. I highly recommend Dr. Lloreda and his staff for anything you need done.

I interviewed surgeons in Boston and NYC and then I met Dr. Lloreda. He lacked any hint of hubris or arrogance. I felt at ease allowing him to operate on me. The incisions/scars are better than I could have ever hoped for. My confidence in my body is restored thanks to his skill, knowledge and artistry. As a nurse practitioner, I recommend him and the staff at the Williams Center without hesitation.

I had four skin excisions done by Dr. Lloreda due to a history of melanoma, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The staff at The Williams Center were all kind and welcoming, and Dr. Lloreda was professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. When my bandages came off just six days later, I could barely even tell where the incisions had been—the results were amazing.
