Dr Ana Carolina Victoria was a ok doctor. Her bedside manner was terrible and she did not make me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe with her. Be better.

I am a Baptist hospital physician . Saw Dr Victoria a year ago for “ thyroid eye disease “. At that time I was asked to do a CT scan of the brain and some bloodwork. No one called me with the results. I had to search it myself for the results . Thx God they were unremarkable. Today I had a one year follow up visit . i was seen by a nurse practioner who was nice and thorough it seemed like . Then i asked if the doctor is going to see me . She left the room and came back and told me that “ the doctor said everything is OK and i don’t have to come back only if needed “ . Today I found out what it means to be a “ number” in a medical practice rather than a patient . When you make an appointment to see a doctor you expect to see the doctor at least for a minute or so especially if you are so called a “colleague”. I will never go back to this doctor anymore .

Amazing Experience. The office staff were very clear about what to expect, including the $300 consult fee which is fully credited to any procedure. Dr. Victoria is outstandingly kind, caring and warm in addition to professional and thorough. She listens, she pays attention and gives thorough, thoughtful responses. Outstanding beside manner. Plus the office staff. Everyone. Kind. Caring. Patient. And the facility- nurses were so attentive. Generally speaking- a wonderful experience and even catering to a 2yr old w cookies, juices, toys, drawing stuff. I would give 20 stars if I could. 🙏🏻

Made appointment 2 months ago, show up to appointment and not allowed to see doctor if a $300 deposit is not charged. No information was given at time of appointment. Very unprofessional as my copay is $30 for specialist visit.

I had eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Victoria on 5/23/24, today I had my one month follow up. I am very pleased with the outcome and felt very confident before and during the surgery. I truly recommend Dr. Victoria and the surgical team at the Center for Excellence in Eyecare.
