Elizabeth is truly the best medical assistant on the planet! She is the main reason I chose Dr. Gratzon for my care. Her personality is amazing, and she carries herself with such integrity. She is incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure patients fully understand their care. You can genuinely tell that she wants the very best for everyone she helps. I fully recommend Dr Gratzon, not only as a talented surgeon but also as a physician who is attentive to you as a whole person. I went to Dr Gratzon for a breast reduction due to chronic neck and back pain. Going in I had two concerns, firstly an unrelated condition that makes surgery risky for me and secondly that I am tall and large framed and was worried about having disproportionately small breasts thus taking away my curviness. Dr Gratzon really listened to me and first thing reached out to my cardiologist and collaborated on a plan to address my health risk. He explained everything he planned and relieved my worry. He talked to me about size and his staff made extra contact with my insurance to get clarity on their requirements. I could not be happier with the result. I had no problems during or after surgery; Dr Gratzon is also great with pain management so I had very little discomfort. The best part is the girls are fabulous! If you are looking for a talented surgeon and a doctor who “sees you” and takes the time to talk to you, Dr Gratzon is that doctor.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Andrew Gratzon. He is a gifted surgeon who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate. He and his staff are kind, friendly, and highly professional. His nurse, Elizabeth, was extremely patient in answering all my questions making sure that I felt at ease with the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and I'm thrilled with the minimal scarring. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gratzon and his impeccable bedside manner.

Dr. GRATZON and his staff provided me with compassionate, kind, caring and excellent care. What I appreciate most is how he listened to my concerns, and he understood what I wanted and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results of my procedure. After several previous abdominal surgeries in my early life left me disfigured, Dr. Gratzon gave me back a normal appearance. I look in the mirror and can’t help but smile! I am only 4 weeks out and have several months of recovery but I know I will be extremely happy with the final results! Thank you Dr. GRATZON, Elizabeth and all the staff that have helped me!
