I had a lower faced and neck plastic surgery done by Dr Andrew Ordon a year ago Right after the swelling went down (one month post surgery) I noticed that my next skin was hanging down on my right side under neck This looks terrible I made an appointment for a follow up visit, with Dr Andrew Ordon , and he had refused to redo my plastic surgery in spite of it, saying in his contract that he would redo any uneven surgery results! Dr. Ordon has refused redo my plastic surgery . This is appalling and dishonest !! I spent over $14,000 to have my neck and lower face done. The lower face is OK.However the skin below my chin and neck is hanging I do not recommend Dr Andrew Ordon . He is incapable of giving any patient good results in plastic surgery, and he is unethical and not trying to redo his dreadful results!

I hope this review reaches you soon, when I came to you I was very hopeless and just needed a skilled surgeon to reconstruct my lip. You gave me an 80% of a successful result but I ended up with a 100% of failure. I never looked this ugly before and desperate for help as much as I do now.

Dr. Ordon exceeded my expectations

Dr. Ordon and his team are absolutely wonderful. From the initial consultation through recovery, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that look completely natural. I am so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Ordon to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in Los Angeles.

Sadly, the front office girl is a rude person and very unprofessional...I was a potential new client and now, they lost A potential client because there’s no way I’m going to deal with going in for a consult and put myself through dealing with the front office, let alone their office manager Mandi, who seems to follow suit but, no surprise there she’s probably the one who trained the front staff.
