About Dr. Anita

Dr. Anita Mohan is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Imperial College London School of Medicine in 2006 and later completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge in breast reconstruction and perforator flap physiology. Dr. Mohan completed a second residency in plastic surgery at the Mayo Clinic and advanced fellowship training in microsurgery at Stanford. Her clinical expertise spans complex microsurgical reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and global surgery.
