I’m on my second week of recovery after surgery and I love my new 🍒so much I can’t believe how more beautiful and confident I feel, I know I still have more time for them to drop and fluff I’ve been told in 6 months I should start to see the end result of how they should look but still I can already tell they look exactly how I wanted them Dr. Fisher is awesome she explained everything without me asking or knowing what should I ask for she knew what my vision was right away and chose the right size for me (I got 500cc motiva) very much what I wanted!! Her staff is amazing as well everyone one of them from my nurse Hawna to the front staff as well!! I can’t recommend them enough!

This is my second time going to Dr. Franco and I can not say enough how amazing he is. The staff is so nice and caring, Dr Franco is so knowledgeable and really helped me through this reconstruction of another doctor’s mistakes. Helped me come up with a less invasive correction and really made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend working with him. I am one day post op and can already see how good everything by looks! Can’t wait for the final result.

I would give this doctor’s office a -1 and here is the reason why I had breast reconstruction surgery September 23 from a plastic surgeon in San Antonio I was not happy with the results nor was he he wanted to do a breast revision. I did not want to use him so I started searching for someone closer to my home I live in San Marcos and this office that I found is in Austin so it was a little bit closer. I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr.Dumestre It was canceled and rescheduled twice then I finally saw her January 30th 2026 she did my evaluation. She explained what she would be doing for the breast revision surgery and said someone will be contacting you to set up an appointment .It’s almost a month later. No one has contacted me. I called today to talk to the office manager was on hold for a very long time. I was told she would get back to me an hour and a half later no one called me. I called back. She had me on hold for a very, very long time and I hung up. I refuse to call the office back a 3rd time today so I feel like they’re very incompetent and I wouldn’t use them at this point. I have no faith in them at all.

Great clinic! Phenomenal front/back staff. Beyond Knowledgeable healthcare staff/professionals (I had a chance to speak with a few). I love Nurse Sarah’s work, her extensive knowledge, and everything about her. Also, I had a chance to interact with Dr. Franco and was impressed. When he spoke, the words spoke volumes. Highly highly highly recommend this clinic.

Recovery was much easier than I expected, and my results are better than I ever imagined. My breasts look natural, balanced, and fit my frame perfectly.
