HORRIBLE Experience! Don't trust this guy with your life!! He has destroyed my perfect life! I asked him to remove a small 1.4 cm mass directly behind my jaw, which he did with a surgery that has now left my life in shambles! NEVER had ANY problems with my ears EVER! NOW he has given me Tinnitus which is a CONSTANT RINGING in my ears every second of my day and night!!!!! I can no longer work .sleep, exercise without my life being forever changed for the worse. Now my ears have constant pressure, sensitive, hurt, RINGING and his horrible surgery has turned my life into a living HELL!!! TRUST him if you dare! The nerve behind my jaw going into my greater auricle nerve in my ear are connected. He KNEW TWO DAYS post op I had a complication from the surgery and did NOTHING to address the REAL complication that was manifesting itself. I was in so much pain two days post op with MAJOR ear inflammation!!!

Dr. Larian is incredible. He is kind, knowledgeable, explains everything wonderfully, has a great bedside manner and is incredibly skillful! His words were calming and reassuring as I went into an 8 hour, complex surgery. He saved my facial nerve and my life. I'd trust him again and definitely recommend him.

As a Medical Doctor myself, I am too concerned when it comes to choosing a Dr. Dr. Larian is such a great and expert otolaryngologist, and more importantly, such a great human being. Came up with an emergency situation and his staff made a last minute appointment for me, and with extreme expertise, he took care of my condition.
