I was referred to Dr Larian by no less than 3 other top surgeons, all of whom named him the best. The surgical plan he presented is so minimal in comparison to what I was seeing elsewhere, it might as well be a dental cleaning in terms of the worry I now feel about it. Thank you, Dr Larian for the first exhale since learning about this. I actually feel calm and even “great, let’s go”, rather than abjectly terrified. I feel I’m in great hands, and highly recommend you see him for parotid tumors.

Dr. Larian's expertise, kindness and care are what makes him THE best at what he does. He literally saved my life during a major surgery in 2008 for Stage 4 tongue cancer, and whenever something seems amiss, I call and he fits me in. I always feel heard, all questions are answered, he does not do anything unnecessary, and truly thinks and cares about the patient's well being on all levels. Dr. L is 100% trustworthy.
