Please do not go to this doctor. She is horrible. If she does something you are not happy with she will not fix it. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life.

Just hours ago, Dr. Winocour performed an explant and scar tissue removal on both breasts, and he is phenomenal. I can't say enough about him. Friendly, cheerful, very kind and answers all questions patiently. His PA Alex is wonderful as well. I never ever felt rushed, always comfortable. I recommend him to any and every one who needs an incredible plastic surgeon. Also the staff at SLEH was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience all around!

I have had a great experience with Dr Rich & staff from the moment I walked through the door. She was very thorough, attentive and open for questions leading up to my implant removal with breast lift, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Surgery came and went without any issues and follow-ups have been a breeze. I would recommend Dr Rich, she is very experienced and her and her staff are dedicated to their patients.

Dr. Rich is patient and a good listener. She strives for perfection and I am very pleased with my procedures. Her clinic staff is kind and very prompt! I have referred many of my friends and loved ones to Dr. Rich and will continue to do so. She is the best in town!

100% recommend!! My results are absolutely beautiful. Dr.Winocour has really good bedside manners so friendly and definitely takes time to listen and answer any questions. Beyond happy with my experience His PA. is such a sweet heart as well.
