10/10 experience. I was searching for a while for a good new place to do my fillers a second time and botox for the first time; Vado was definitely a great choice! Pricing was great! Customer Service was fantastic. Shay was so sweet. Very welcoming and informative. My biggest concern was feeling the needle since my last experience numbed me with a local anesthesia injection. This topical cream numbed so well that I didn’t feel a thing. Botox was literally so quick and pain-free. This is 100% my new go to for fillers & botox.

It was time to get lip filler again & I had been seeing ads on social media for Vado. I decided this was where I wanted to go & I am so glad I did! The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Shaina did my injectables & I do appreciate her so much. Her eye for detail is perfection! I will definitely continue coming to Vado for my Injectables & hopefully surgery in the near future when I’m finally ready & able. Thank you guys so much. ❤️

I recently had an appointment for Botox at VADO Plastic Surgery, and I can’t say enough good things about my visit! The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ivan, who checked me in, was fantastic—he not only assisted with my check-in but also helped set up rewards and made sure I received any extra discounts I qualified for. His knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of seeing Michelle, who took the time to really get to know me and listen to my skin concerns. She shared alternative options for skincare and treatments and demonstrated a deep understanding of how health impacts skin condition. I genuinely appreciated the extra time she took to educate me on these aspects. Of course, she did a wonderful job with the injections, showcasing her professional skills. Overall, my visit was great, and I left feeling informed and satisfied. Highly recommend Vado Plastic Surgery.

Everyone was so kind and helpful at Vado! Michelle was very informative and helped calm my nerves before getting Botox for the first time. She did an amazing job and I can’t wait to see my results! Mary also joined us during the appointment and she was so sweet. Check in and check out was a breeze and the front desk staff were precious. Overall, a great experience!!

I’ve had several great experiences recently at Vado Plastic Surgery. My most recent visit with Dr. Lyly was equally excellent. From the moment Dr. Lyly walked into the consultation room, she made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to really listen to my goals and thoroughly explained each option in a clear, reassuring way. Dr. Lyly offered her professional opinion thoughtfully, and helped put together a plan that I feel excited and confident about. I’ve also had fantastic experiences during my visits with Michelle. Michelle is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel at ease. I’ve been very happy with both her approach and the results of my injection appointments. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Vado from the front desk to the nurses and scheduling team has been warm, friendly, and welcoming. Aly has been easily available, responsive, and incredibly accommodating with my schedule, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. I’m so grateful for such consistently positive experiences and can’t wait to begin this next chapter. I highly recommend Dr. Lyly, Michelle, and the entire Vado team to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable environment that delivers exceptional care and beautiful results.
