Dr. Barbara Ryan is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Encinitas, California. She earned her medical degree from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in 1996 and completed her general surgery residency at Loma Linda University Health Education Consortium, followed by an integrated plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Ryan has been in practice for over two decades, offering cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in the San Diego area.
