Dr Brian Kelley is an amazing doctor! It’s was my second time to see him and it never fails his professionalism! He made me at ease. He is very nice, gentle and caring. His staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Kelley and his staff.

I am so thankful for Dr.Kelley and his team for coordinating and completing a very complex surgery for my grandpa! He referred us to and teamed up with a great cardio-thoracic surgeon to do a joint surgery. They selflessly preformed my grandpa’s surgery over a two-day period (at least 5 hours each day) during Thanksgiving week last year. They made sure to follow-up with him over the course of the next year to ensure everything healed well (which it did beautifully) since my grandpa had been prone to infections and non-healing wounds after prior surgeries. Furthermore, Dr.Kelley referred my grandpa to an awesome oncologist and awesome vascular surgeon to help my grandpa with other health issues that were out of his scope! Additionally, Dr.Kelley and his team were kind enough to let us know about and coordinate with Ascension Financial Assistance. We’re so thankful for that assistance because whatever insurance didn’t cover, we ended up not having to pay any out-of-pocket expenses for my grandpa’s three-week long hospital stay/surgeries/appointments! I strongly recommend using Ascension facilities and providers if you live in the Austin area. They offer the best financial assistance for all income levels and insurance plans, but especially for low-income or uninsured patients . Dr. Kelley’s whole team is clearly fantastic, but I want to give a special thanks to Jackie! She’s his right-hand woman and is incredibly helpful with everything. In addition to being amazing medical providers, Dr. Kelley and his whole team treated us with the upmost respect, kindness, and patience throughout what could’ve been a very frustrating process. I highly recommend Dr. Kelley if you want a surgeon who won’t give up on difficult cases and is highly skilled!

I am writing to give Dr. Bryan Kelley the highest praise for his recent work on my behalf. His manner is very cordial, informative and caring. After the first surgery I called him after hours and he was very gracious. Fortunately there was no issue. His surgical work is a marvel of precision and care. He had to perform rather extensive work on my forehead after a cancer removal. In only about three weeks after the operation, this is almost no sign of the repair. It is quite amazing. I would always search out Dr. Kelley for any future work and am deeply appreciative of all he did for me. The staff is also superb.

Dr. Kelley has the best bed side manners. He immediately eased our worries about surgery for my dad. He is such a kind, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful surgeon with an excellent sense of humor.
