I’ve been with Dr. Nigam and his team through 3 surgeries after a motorcycle crash over a year ago, which left me with 4 hand fractures and two shoulder fractures. Dr. Nigam, Trish, my PT/OT therapists Tiffany and Rachel, and the entire team have gone above and beyond from start to finish. I met with them just a few days before my first surgery and they moved very quickly to make sure everything was in order so I could have surgery as soon as possible. They communicate extremely well, are patient and thorough, and have been very flexible with my schedule. They’ve even given me extra therapy time when there wasn’t another patient coming in right after me. This is a team that truly cares. I would feel completely at ease if someone I loved were in their care. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was injured in a work related accident and fast forwarding eight weeks later. I finally got to see Doctor MUNIRPATEL. I'll just say from the second I walked in the door. I was just greeted with warm smiles, and they were genuine. It's very easy to detect when someone's not happy at that job and I got the sense that everybody though when you get busy, it gets hectic and stressful. They're pretty happy there. Everyone seems to respect each other. So I'm moving forward to the appointment. All I'll say is the doctor is patient, caring. And though he's very busy I do realize that I speak a lot and I'm a nervous talker and he really put me at ease. And once he did that my mind stop telling my body that it was worse than it is to anyone who understands that that's a big Deal. Very caring staff and I feel like I finally got questions answered, and he listened and gave great advice and pinpoint at every issue I was having with my hand. Set a follow up appointment that showed out to say other than breathe easy you're in good hands!🤷🏻‍♂️🙂

​Dr. Lambros K. Viennas is a miracle worker. My son had multiple broken bones in his face. Dr. Lambros K. Viennas explained every detail pre-op and post op. He saved my son's face all through a 10mm incision inside the mouth. No external cutting or scarring. Bless this man's hands for many years to come. Thank you!

I've been receiving treatment from Dr. Nigam and team for hand fractures sustained in a motor vehicle accident, and the quality of care has been exceptional. Dr. Nigam takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, from pre-surgery planning through each post-operative follow-up visit. Trish deserves special recognition as an outstanding patient advocate. When the rehabilitation facility I was staying at initially refused to allow me to leave for a follow-up appointment, she went above and beyond to coordinate with them and ensure I received the necessary care. The entire team's dedication to patient care and communication has made a challenging situation much more manageable, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
