I'm so grateful for the folks on Reddit who shared so enthusiastically their experiences with this practice. I'm just over three months after my chest masculinization (top surgery) procedure and I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Krishna Vyas performed my surgery. He is amazing. The surgery went great. I chose a natural look and he did a fantastic job sculpting my pec muscles. The incisions are tidy and healing really well. I chose nipple grafts and nipple neurotization, and they are looking great and I'm gradually regaining sensation. Everyone's experience of pain is unique to them, so my experience is no guarantee for others, but I do want to share that the technique of using a nerve block during surgery meant I had nearly no pain following. Discomfort, yes, and I had to stay on top of the regimen of acetaminophen and ibuprofen for about five days (no need for a stronger pain medicine), but all in all that's very little given that it was a four hour plus major surgery. Dr Vyas is extremely knowledgeable and very, very personable. He gives absolutely no indication of needing to move on to another patient when he's with you. He answers every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. His genuine interest in his patients and the care he provides is evident at every moment. He's is cheerful and positive--a genuine pleasure to interact with. Each of the other members of the practice I came in contact with was professional, attentive and caring. They responded very quickly--sometimes instantaneously--to messages sent through the patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Vyas and the Breast Surgery Group practice. I was able to schedule my surgery fairly quickly after contacting them and this was lucky. When word spreads, I bet they're going to book up. If they do though, it's worth the wait.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Blechman and the entire team. The office staff dealt with my insurance and made the whole process seamless. They were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful when I had questions. The clinical staff were equally great - Dr. B, Maggie, and Megan all had great bedside manner and were kind and knowledgable. I felt prepared for surgery and had virtually no pain after. I’m thrilled with the results, and highly recommend Breast Surgery Group!

I had my breast lift and implants done on August 20th with Dr Bassiri-Tehrani and the entire experience was genuinely phenomenal! At first I was convinced I wanted a fat transfer, but he took the time to break everything down and explain why the look and projection I wanted would only be achieved with implants. He went through every implant option, answered every single question I had, and even set up an additional consultation just so I felt completely confident. The morning of surgery he went over my surgical plan again and took his time marking everything with so much precision. I never had surgery before and his patience, professionalism, and overall kindness made me feel so at ease. Surgery was smooth and he didn’t rush a thing and it absolutely shows in my results. They say he’s known for his approach to stitching and my scars are already *chefs kiss* and they aren’t even fully healed! Recovery was shockingly easy. I barely had any pain and didn’t need narcotics at all. I followed all his post op instructions, including the tape routine, and my incisions healed beautifully. I just passed my 4 month post op and I am beyond happy!! For years I struggled with how my breasts looked and it affected me more than I ever admitted. I avoided certain clothes and honestly cried over it more times than I can count. Now I finally feel confident, comfortable, and like myself again. Dr. Bassiri fixed my fingers in the ER after my terrible accident. He checked in on me every time he was in the hospital during my two-week stay. He always cared about me and took the time to explain my injuries and surgeries in detail. His hospital reports were incredibly thorough—far more detailed than what I’ve seen from other surgeons. During my post-op visits, he truly listened to my progress and gave me thoughtful advice on how to improve my finger dexterity. It’s been almost five months since the surgery, and my fingers are beautifully restored with almost no scars. I met many doctors through this horrible accident, but he is the most kind and genuine one—someone you remember forever. 💛
