After months of agreeing on moderate profile implants, the surgeon changed the plan and recommended high profile implants while I was already prepped on an IV, right before surgery. I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later.

I am thrilled with my experience with Dr. Craft and his team. After interviewing two surgeons in NY, I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Craft and immediately knew he was the right choice for my breast reduction and lipo. As I got to know him and his office staff (Yenifer, Karina, Danielle, Luna, Denise, and Anna), it became obvious that everyone was extremely caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My experience was seamless, and the results are exactly what I dreamed of, if not better. This was a life changing procedure for me and I cannot believe how much more youthful and proportionate I look and feel with my new physique. Thank you, Dr. Craft!

Im really not sure where to begin, this entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. I waited a long time (years) to find the right place, the right surgeon, and the right team and I’m so grateful I trusted this office. From day one, I felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. They didn’t just exceed my expectations, they made the whole journey feel special. My coordinator Ilany was truly there for me around the clock. From day one answering every message, every question, every random worry that popped into my head. She made everything feel smooth, stress free, and honestly enjoyable. She has amazing energy and made me feel like I wasn’t going through this alone for even a second. Dr. Roger Tsai to say is incredible would be an understatement. He understood exactly what I wanted, gave honest guidance, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. He took the vision I wanted and made it even better and the results are beyond anything I hoped for! I really could not thank him enough. And a huge huge thank you to Luna! Every follow up with her felt peaceful, comforting and reassuring. She’s so sweet, patient, and attentive. I always felt like I was being taken care of by someone who genuinely cared, not just doing their job. And of course, Dr. Craft and the rest of the team, every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and truly made me feel like part of one big family. You can tell they all love what they do and take pride in making their patients feel safe and cared for. I never write reviews for anything, but I wholeheartedly loved my experience and would recommend this to anyone!

I honestly can say I am a fan of this Dr. 4 years ago I was in his office to get a procedure revised done from another doctor when I tell you he crafted the most amazing breast it would an understatement! 4 years later in march of 2025 I got surgery again, but this was a decision on my part, I wanted to Go smaller, due to so much physical work it was hard for me to work out and I made the decision to go down half my size to 400cc. As I always say if it feels right it usually is. Dr craft not only is patient but is amazing overall at what he does. His staff is nothing short of amazing, Yeni has always been my go to gal for financing, questions, concerns anything at all. She is always there with a smile in her face giving her best! The day after my procedure I came in as routine and I couldn’t really move my arms and the nurse braided my hair because I was struggling and I honestly didn’t expect that! This place isn’t just a cosmetic surgery center, it’s a family! I would be here all day if I had to name each girl From crafts office, but I do say with all my heart they are amazing. I’ve been wanting a breast augmentation for years. I had never had surgery before, so I was apprehensive about the whole process. I was very specific about wanting elegant, natural looking breasts. After some research, I discovered the one and only Dr. Craft. From the moment we had our consultation he understood my vision completely. The whole Body by Craft team made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the office. They were very hands on, patient, and personable during this entire experience. My care coordinator, Eliana, was quick to respond to any of my questions. Her genuine enthusiasm and excitement for me was contagious. Fast forward, I’m now officially a month post op and I look and feel incredible!! My friends and family can’t believe how natural the results are already. His incisions are extremely precise and minimal, no scar cream needed for this girl. It looks like I was born with these beauties. I can’t thank Dr. Craft enough. He is truly a MASTER at his craft.
