I had my procedure performed by Dr. Bruce Kadz and the overall experience was literally one of the best experiences I have had in my life. The moment I walked into the office it was obvious that they were organized, and that everything was going to run smoothly and efficiently, but most importantly that everyone seemed to genuinely care about making sure their patients are comfortable during the process. That's exactly what you need when you're trusting your health, safety, and body to a doctor!
Dr. Kadz' anesthesiologist, Alex, should receive a special shout-out for his sense of humor and calm demeanor that helped alleviate my anxiety prior to the procedure. Who wouldn't laugh at something funny when you're as nervous as I was? Additionally, Nicole, the nurse who cared for me during my recovery, was fantastic, patient, and attentive. She made me feel safe and reassured me through out the process.
I also appreciated that I received a very competitive price for my procedure without any compromise in the quality of care I received. Safety was clearly the number one concern for me, and I felt extremely safe, educated, and supported throughout the entire process from the staff, to the facility and to the surgeon.
Overall, the experience was both professional and very positive. I am thankful I chose Dr. Kadz and would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone considering a procedure.
