Hello There, Growing up I had bad kidney issues, and Dr Cameron was actually my doctor up till I was like 13, 15 I can't remember, anyways after all those years he has helped me and the issues, and he was a great doctor, totally recommend taking your young ones to him if you are looking for a doctor! Thank you Doctor Cameron and Staff team for the work you guys did for me!!

Dr. Schaeffer took on my son’s case and because of the nature of the infection, treated him promptly, reworking his schedule to get him in for surgery next day. My son is only 3 and was in a lot of pain. He ate a goldfish cracker on the way to the surgery and messed up the whole schedule as he was not supposed to eat that morning. Dr. Schaeffer was understanding of the situation and made accommodations so that he could have the procedure done that day. My husband and I were amazed at the precision and care he took with the stitches to close the wound back up and minimize scarring. Dr. Schaeffer is not an overly chatty person, but his compassion and level of care he showed my son was unparalleled. I couldn’t be more pleased with his office and would highly recommend him.

Best Pediatric Urologist

My son has been seeing Dr. Schaeffer since he was a year old, he is now 17. He is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever seen. His office staff is so courteous, friendly and helpful. He has never failed to provide only the best of care. I would highly recommend Dr. Schaeffer to anyone needing a pediatric urologist.

We have been extremely satisfied with the care our little boy received from Dr. Schaeffer the last couple of years! He’s very easy to talk to and explains all of his plans well. After receiving the all-clear to no longer have to follow with him, my husband and I are just so grateful we were referred to him from the beginning and thankful to have such a qualified doctor in our area.

My 15 month old baby boy needed surgery for a urologic issue, also had a tongue tie clipped and hernia repaired. Dr Schaeffer did the surgery and everything looks great, I can’t even tell where the stitches are under his tongue! Before him, we saw a pediatric urologist at UK for a consult, but I was not impressed. I had asked for recommendations on a local moms facebook group & realized Dr Schaeffer had more positive recommendations, so I went to him. I don’t know who the people are who said he was rude in the past, but I never had that problem with him. He seemed nice and was respectful. I’ve been to different doctors at Baptist hospital for my own care and I’ve never had any problems with anyone I’ve seen there.
