Dr. Plamondon and Staff made my whole experience so positive. I had top surgery through this surgeon and she listened and worked with me to get the results I wanted. She is highly recommended and professional. I felt very comfortable and welcome. Very LGBTQ+ friendly. *Photos below are 9 weeks post op compared to 2 years post op.

3 years ago I had a consultation with this doctor for top surgery. She knew I had met my deductible (so I would be able to afford it) And would be losing my insurance come January of the following year. They weighed me, took vitals. Everything was fine and they scheduled surgery for late October. The day after consultation I get a call that I needed to come in for a follow up to discuss things with the doctor. I scheduled. They then rescheduled me twice. Pushing it back 2 months until a few weeks before surgery. I came in just for her to tell me she didn't check my weight until after I left and would not be doing surgery due to my bmi..... I asked multiple times over the phone what the visit was for and they refused to tell me, instead strung me along for months, making it literally impossible to find another surgeon before my insurance expired. I ended up paying out of pocket with another surgeon. I took out a 15k loan when I could have had it paid for by insurance. I would NEVER reccomend this surgeon

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr plamondon and her team!!! First off I never leave reviews, but I feel that others would benefit from it. From my consult, Dr P. and her team have made me feel nothing but comfortable. Answering any questions I had and reassured me. Her office staff is super friendly also. I couldn't love my results any more!! If you are considering using her, please do not hesitate she is amazing!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience! Lousy bedside manner! Rude, and would not answer my questions. I had a bilateral mastectomy 20 yrs ago and she was ready to put cancer causing implants to replace the ones I had because of their age. I am so shocked at how my preoperative appointment went that I canceled my surgery that was scheduled for 2 weeks from today! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am super happy with my results. I"m 45 yrs old, with two teenagers, and am now three months post-surgery with a breast lift and augmentation. Dr. Plamondon and her staff were absolutly caring and wonderful. She gave me lots of time to discuss my options, trying on sizers to find size I felt most comfortable with, and I never felt rushed. she gave me a beautiful new body that I"m so proud of. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr.!
