Dr. Szpalski is truly remarkable. Her surgical expertise and commitment to patient care made me feel so safe through the entire process. She really listens and prioritizes your goals. I could ask all of my questions and was met with openness and humanity. Jaqueline in the office is incredible. She made scheduling (or rescheduling) feel easy and communication was top notch! I cannot recommend her enough.

After a couple of consultations with different surgeons, I chose Dr. Szpalski to perform my breast reduction, and am so glad I did! Not only did she get me to a much smaller cup size than other surgeons said was possible, but she also delivered beautiful results that I am very happy with. The reduction has significantly reduced my chronic back pain and improved my quality of life tenfold, and I am very grateful to Dr. Szpalski and her team for their efficiency in getting my procedure approved by insurance; while insurance approvals often feel like herculean tasks, this one somehow arrived quickly and with ease. She is a compassionate, patient, and talented surgeon that I would recommend to anyone, especially if you are considering a breast reduction.

Choosing Dr.Szpalski for my breast reduction was the best decision I made for myself! Dr.Szpalski and Jackie, the receptionist, worked with me throughout the process to ensure I had insurance coverage and provided me with all the information I needed to know prior to surgery. Leading up to the surgery, the day of, and post-operatively, I felt heard with my wants and had all my questions answered. I would recommend Dr. Szpalski 10 times over. I am so happy with my results and couldn’t be more thankful.

Dr Szpalski herself was amazing. Most doctors (surgeons) will opt for surgery, but Dr Szpalski knew I had a larger issue to deal with and referred me to another doctor with a different speciality. I truly appreciated her advice and bedside manner! I would highly recommend and in fact already have recommended her to others. Main feedback: the receptionist was a bit short in our interactions.

Dr. Szpalski is an excellent surgeon. I'm glad I found her through word of mouth and glad I chose her as a surgeon. She lays things out for you clearly and doesn't pressure you during the consultation. She is warm and brilliant and treats you like you are smart and always makes time to discuss things and answer your questions. You feel like a whole human and it's fantastic to have that paired with a skilled surgeon and clinician. Dr. Szpalski is fantastic with follow up and recommends therapists, self care, and things that may be needed for recovery. I look forward to seeing her for follow up appointments and she will schedule follow up appointments to monitor your progress. Her care doesn't end 6 weeks after surgery. She's amazing!
