I truly believe Dr. Prock is God-sent. From my very first consultation through every follow-up visit, she has been nothing but kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. After having a very difficult surgical experience in the past, I came to her with a lot of fear and anxiety. I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or brushed off. I always felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Prock has gone above and beyond for me in ways I will never forget, and I’ll be forever grateful for. She is thoughtful, meticulous, and conservative in the best possible way — always putting my healing, safety, and long-term outcome first. She has personally checked my incisions every week and has been incredibly attentive throughout my recovery. Her staff is also wonderful. Everyone is kind, professional, and supportive. Victoria, the head patient care coordinator, deserves special recognition for her patience and compassion. She has been such a calming presence before my surgery and throughout my recovery, helping ease my fears every step of the way. Raegan, thank you for taking such good care of me. Mason, thank you for your help and attentiveness. Sabrina, thank you for all your sweet compliments that lifted my spirits. Jonathan, thank you for coordinating my appointments and working with my husband’s schedule. You all are truly exceptional, and I am so grateful to be in such caring and capable hands. In a world where medical care can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, this entire team truly stands out. I have never felt so supported by a medical office before. If you are anxious, have had a bad surgical experience in the past, or simply want a surgeon who treats you with humanity, dignity, and genuine care — Dr. Prock is the one. I would travel anywhere to have her as my surgeon.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am EXTRAORDINARILY satisfied with Drs. Cabret and Prock and the AMAZING work they’ve done for me. My face, jaw and neck look SNATCHED. I feel like a new man. I get so many double takes now and all my friends are jealous lol. My Grindr activity has skyrocketed and I can definitely feel the “pretty privilege” in full gear. I started a new job and have def been getting preferential treatment due to my new look. The jaw wrap procedure done at Dr. Cabret’s recommendation was GAME CHANGING. Both Drs are extremely professional, knowledge and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will be a lifelong customer, 110%!

From my very first phone call to my in-person visits, the staff have been incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The office is spotless, professional, and truly welcoming. My surgeon, Dr. Prock, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She eased all of my worries and has continued to check on my healing progress, which has meant so much to me. Her work is absolutely phenomenal and has exceeded my expectations. The pre- and post-operative instructions I received were crystal clear, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am truly grateful to have been cared for by such a wonderful team. I highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering surgical care. I'm truly so blessed to have had y'all to care for me. If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr Cabret and Dr Prock are the kindest, warmest women, truly artists in their field! I recently had an upper and lower bleph with a CO2 laser skin treatment. It’s been 10 days and my fat bags under my eyes are completely gone and my skin is radiant! Yes there are many places in Austin you could choose to have plastic surgery procedures done, but I doubt you will find the level of care and expertise than in this all woman facility. Everyone knows your name, you are greeted as if you were a true friend. The consultation involved both of the doctors and a nurse practitioner. It was amazing. If you haven’t taken that big step to get the work done that you’ve always wanted, give Austin Cosmetic surgery a call to sit down and talk. There was absolutely no pressure, no pitch, just honest caring talk. Ok that’s my review! 10 stars !
