Great surgeon and office! Special shoutout to Angela that really advocated for me by arguing with my insurance to get coverage. Not only are the MAs and front desk nice but Dr. Chalekson also truly cares for his patients. I've gotten multiple compliments on the work he has done from close friends and my partner. **UPDATE** I am now 3 months post op from my breast lift and augmentation. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I chose Dr. C for this! The entire process has been well planned and executed, including my MANY regularly scheduled post op appointments (I have another today). It is clear that he and his team CARE about my healing journey and my happiness with my results. They have taken such good care of me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a true priority. I am healing, I am HAPPY, and I know I have them to reach out to with ANYTHING. I live on the central coast and did not want to drive to LA. My first impression was that his office had wonderful energy. EVERYTHING was clean and beautiful. The staff were kind, supportive and on top of everything. They all genuinely seem to like working there, which is a major green light. Throughout the entire process (pre-op to procedure day) I felt seen and heard. They listened to what I wanted for my results. They treated me with expert care and warmth. My procedure day was yesterday, and the other team at his surgery center (Kallos) were also fabulous people! They put me at ease, laughed with me, and did their work thoroughly. Getting a procedure done can be nerve wrecking…but not here! I dare say we even had “fun” which made my experience there all the better. Later this week I go back for my fist post op, and I’m so excited! If you’re looking for a team to guide you through any sort of procedure I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. C and his staff. Life-Changing Experience with Chalekson Plastic Surgery! I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Chalekson, and it has truly changed my life. For years, I struggled with constant neck and back pain from the weight of my breasts. Now — no more giant underwire bras, no more wearing two sports bras just to feel supported. I feel free for the first time in so long, and the relief has been incredible. From start to finish, my experience at Chalekson Plastic Surgery was exceptional. The entire staff was amazing before, during, and after surgery. They made me feel so comfortable, informed, and relaxed throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and I always felt like I was in the best possible hands. Dr. Chalekson is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. He genuinely listens and puts you completely at ease. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Angela in the back office. My procedure was approved as medically necessary, but dealing with my insurance was a nightmare. Angela worked tirelessly to make sure everything was handled properly and never gave up — even when the insurance company made things incredibly difficult. They gave me my quality of life back, and I’m beyond grateful!

As a mom of three little boys, I just wanted to feel like me again, like I did before years of nursing and pregnancy. Thanks to Dr. Chalekson and his amazing team, I now do. The results of my BA are absolutely beautiful and so natural, which was important to me. The staff were incredibly kind, and the level of individual care in the operating room was exceptional. Dr. Chalekson is honest and down to earth, I felt comfortable talking to him each time we met and always felt he was giving me honest feedback that was never rushed. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the confidence I’ve regained. Can’t recommend enough!
