Dr. D. and his surgical staff at the Plano facility are so friendly and compassionate. They immediately made me comfortable, and made surgery day easy-peasy. Between their on-site instructions, Dr. D’s amazing surgical skills, and Katie’s follow-up check-ins, I was very prepared and comfortable throughout my recovery. Dr. D and his team have all earned a special place in my heart for delivering such greats results and for helping me gain the confidence I had lost many years before. Choosing Dr. D for my mommy-makeover is one o the best decisions I’ve add for myself. I can’t thank them or speak more highly of them enough.

When I evaluate anything, I always ask myself, "would I do this again and if no, what would I do differently?" I can unequivocally say YES, I would do it again and I would change nothing. Dr. Derrick is a talented surgeon and a genuinely nice guy. The office is neat and clean and a pleasant place to visit. The entire staff is lovely and welcoming (special nod to Lola). I definitely recommend Dr Derrick and will go to him again if any needs arise.

I was referred to Dr Derrick by my weight loss surgeon to get rid of the loose/flabby skin after 100lbs+ lost and let me tell you...best thing that every happened to me! I'm obsessed with my results and am so grateful to have been introduced to Dr Derrick and his amazing staff. I had an extended tummy tuck and breast lift; from start to finish, I've been treated wonderfully and felt so cared for everyone involved - even Lola! I would highly recommend for anyone needing that last bit of help you just can't get in the gym.

I had a lower face and neck lift on November 4, 2025. I scheduled with Dr. Chase Derrick as he had patched my face up after a fall several years ago. He did a miraculous job so he was my go to guy! Love him and love his staff. His wife is precious! I live in Galveston so I stayed with a relative in Dallas for a week. My surgery went well and when I was going home that day it did not look bad/scary at all like I have seen on TikTok. Tubes removed two days later. Not much pain at all. Staff checked in with me daily. I think I look 10 years younger! So pleased with my new smooth natural face!

I met Dr. Derrick after undergoing Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma earlier this year. Because the cancer had grown deep, I needed a skilled plastic surgeon to repair the left side of my nose. He was incredibly accommodating, getting me in quickly, and his staff made me feel like family—so comforting and full of the empathy I needed during a difficult time. My entire experience was exceptional, especially throughout recovery. They responded quickly to my questions and checked on me often. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend them.
