Words can’t express how much I would recommend Dr. Conlon and his team. This is my honest review with a little background information for context. Let me start by saying I had an insurance covered breast reduction. The hardest part of insurance anything is finding someone who accepts the insurance plan and availability. This is a procedure I’ve been wanting for the past 10 years and took it seriously to get within the last year as symptoms continued to progress. (I was also on the waiting list for another doctor from May 2025 until February 2026, never made it to the appointment because Dr. Conlon and his team took care of everything before I was even able to go to that consultation) Dr. Conlon and his team was able to get my consultation, insurance approval, and surgery date set in a matter of 2-3 weeks. Initially, I was worried that my insurance would deny my claim. However, Yolanda, ensured everything document wise was completed accurately. Any changes that needed to be made she made sure she was in communication with me about. Due to the weather my initial surgery date was pushed back, but Dr. Conlon and his team immediately got me back on the surgical center schedule and paperwork for FMLA updated quickly. The day of surgery Dr. Conlon took his time making his marks for surgery were accurate and once again ensured the size I wanted to go to. After surgery I do remember him coming to check and see how everything was going, however, I was very nauseous and still coming down from the anesthesia. Dr. Conlon also made note of the nausea I have with anesthesia prior to surgery and the medical team did everything they could to assist with it. Dr. Conlon made sure I was comfortable with the size I wanted to go down to, open to any and all questions I had, and his beside manner is superb. If I were to go through the experience of a breast reduction again or a cosmetic procedure I would choose Dr. Conlon over again. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough Dr. Conlon and his team are the way to go!!

Dr. CJ Conlon did an amazing job. I’ve been wanting to do my breast reduction for years and him and his team made it quick, easy and painless. Literally painless no pain after surgery at all. I will definitely be back to do my tummy tuck with him. I was completely scared of losing my nipples and having drains and I had nothing of the sort at all. Nipples look amazing and no drains needed at all. Not have doubts or any hesitation he’s is an amazing doctor.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Conlon and Yolanda. From the very beginning, the experience stood out. I sent a message through the website inquiring about breast reduction surgery, and Yolanda, the Practice Manager, responded almost immediately — something no other office I contacted did. That level of attentiveness set the tone for everything that followed. Dr. Conlon has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. He made me feel completely comfortable, listened carefully, and you could truly tell he had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. They make an outstanding team, and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. I absolutely love my results and couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Conlon and his medical assistant Yolanda are the exact people you want in your court for any procedure you need. They are caring and interested in your particular case. Dr. Conlon is a perfectionist in his work and strives to meet your goals. He guided me through a breast cancer lumpectomy with reconstruction of both breasts. He explained every step and asked me what my goals were. He did everything possible to match his goals with mine. All the while he and Yolanda are accessible and caring every step of the way.
