Rhinoplasty

I had my nose done by Dr Costanzo in June of 2020, right before he retired. I was 16 at the time! After one year my nose completely fell back to its original state and formed a new hump. (See in photo) Luckily I was able to get a second rhinoplasty with an amazing plastic surgeon but it turns out Costanzo cut a vital piece of cartilage in my nose which has caused major complications and has caused me to have to have a minor fix after the second nose job. Luckily my second doctor managed to fix this but he said that Dr Costanzo should’ve never cut this cartilage and he’s never seen this before. I’m not sure if he just didn’t care anymore because he was retiring or what but SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Does anyone know where Dr Costanzo gave his records to? I was probably his last customer. I had no idea he was retiring and I’m really mad that I was not told if someone could post on here who took over his practice please let me know?
