I will start my review the way Dr. Cromwell began his visit today which was “I’m sorry about the confusion”. Personally, I had no confusion having been told by Julie Teigen during my annual dermatology visit that she referred me to Dr. Cromwell for a cyst removal. After taking the photo of the cyst, she advised he is the plastic surgeon who performs removals on the face. The discussion led me to believe that I will have the procedure once I book the next appointment with Dr. Cromwell. Not once was the word “consultation” mentioned by her or her assistant. I was told that Dr. Cromwell’s office will call me to schedule the appointment. After waiting one week and hearing nothing, I made a call to Dr. Cromwell’s office. The person I spoke with said, “Oh, I see Julie Teigen referred you to Dr.Cromwell for a cyst removal on the left side of your face. Let me see when I can get you in”. Again, nothing was mentioned to me that it was to have a consultation. I prepared myself mentally to have the cyst removed today. Upon entering the patient waiting area, the assistant said, “So you’re here for a consultation with Dr. Cromwell”. I told her no, I’m here to have a cyst removed. She stated that Dr. Cromwell prefers to consult with the patient first. I expressed my disappointment as I was already seen and consulted with a dermatologist. Again, Julie Teigen said nothing about consulting with another doctor. She told me she was sending me to this doctor to have it removed and that’s what I anticipated was taking place today. When Dr. Cromwell came in, he apologized for the confusion and spent 60 seconds with me to tell me it’s a soft cyst, the length of the scar it will leave, stitches will be in for 7 days, the procedure can be done in that office, no aspirin a week prior to procedure and I must clean the area daily. That was it. It’s disappointing in more ways than one. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived for this appointment and there was no one there when I left. Dr. Cromwell made no attempt to suggest we perform the procedure today knowing it was what I expected based on people in his office as well as Julie Teigen's office making appear it was to be done. There were multiple times someone could have stated the word “consult” to me. It was never mentioned. To have a physician know what a patient expected and offer nothing except, “I’m sorry” left me empty. So with all that said, I’m sorry, but you now have lost 2 patients and we will not refer others to your office. My suggestion would be to educate your office personnel to state "this is for a consultation only" when booking appoints as such to avoid the so-called "confusion" as stated by Dr. Cromwell (unless it's a deliberate tactic for insurance gains)

If 0 star was available, he would have gotten it.! Went for a consultation for a small surgery and Doctor didn’t even examine/ touch the area to which he intended Surgery on. Never have I had a “professional” give me such disrespect and send me out the door after a few minutes with an initial bill and one more later to come in the mail. I paid a Doctor to stand on the other side of the room with his arms X’d for 5 min. I should bill this Doctor’s office for my waisted time but instead I submitted a dispute to Health Care Provider (UHC) which didn’t change the outcome. I would HIGHLY Recommend to go see Dr. Alexander D. Blandford, MD in Vero Beach.

I used to experience migraines two times a week. After trying multiple different methods between chiropractic care and changing your diet and trying to figure out the best method that would take those away nothing ever worked. A friend recommended Botox and said it works for them very well so I decided to Give it a chance. Dr. Cromwell and his staff are the sweetest human beings. They take care of you from the minute you walk in their office to the moment you leave. They care about you they check on you and that’s anything you could ever wish for! I have been migraine free for five weeks now which is the true test that it really works! I recommend Dr. Cromwell to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Cromwell did a fantastic job on my recent surgery. He was very attentive, took the time to text back and forth on for check- ins on off hours and his staff is all so sweet. He made me feel very comfortable and listened thoroughly to my wants and requests. I would highly recommend Dr. Cromwell and his staff of wonderful women to anyone seeking out a plastic surgeon!

After waiting years for a breast augmentation, I finally decided it was time. I saw a few different doctors for my consultations and eventually settled on Dr.Cromwell. He immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my decision. He was very informative, he made sure to go through every detail with me and answered any questions I had. Here I am now, 8 months after my surgery and I couldn't be happier. The results far exceeded my expectations, the scars are very minimal, they look amazing and I am so glad I chose Dr. Cromwell and his staff to perform my surgery. I highly recommend him!
