I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Pfiefer and her team at the Quogue location on Long Island. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and calming — it immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Pfiefer is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. She takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure you feel confident in your decisions. Her attention to detail and artistic eye truly show in the results — I couldn’t be happier. Everything looks natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to give a special thank you to Chloe and the entire staff. They were so kind and gracious in inviting me to attend the event, and they made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited for me. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also so personable and welcoming. If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon who combines expertise, artistry, and a compassionate approach, I highly recommend Dr. Pfiefer and her Quogue office. I received a breast explant and lift with Dr. Pfifer. She is truly amazing at what she does, and takes her time to listen during consultations. She never dismissed my feelings or concerns about wanting to explant and provided nothing but professionalism, wonderful bedside manner and kindness. She reassured me and I felt very taken care of, not only with her but with her amazing team in her Quogue office , as well. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Pfiefer and her entire team. From start to finish, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and an extraordinary level of care. Every member of the staff made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely looked after throughout the entire process. Maureen, in particular, was outstanding. Her organization, attention to detail, and constant communication made both the pre-operative and post-operative experience seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond by checking in with me daily, ensuring that I felt confident, comfortable, and supported at every step. I underwent a subfascial breast augmentation, and I truly could not be happier with the results. Dr. Pfiefer guided me through implant selection with great care, helping me choose implants that perfectly complemented my body. The outcome exceeded my expectations, the results are incredibly natural and exactly what I envisioned. My confidence has increased in ways I never imagined. Dr Pfiefer is so talented. Dr. Tracy Pfeifer and team have been nothing short of wonderful. I had an extended tummy tuck produce in the Quogue office. From start to finish her team was constantly in touch and making sure all my needs were met all while exhibiting the utmost professionalism, care and support. Kelli was awesome in helping me setup payments and making appointments. There was a constant line of communication with her. Denise was also an amazing help, making sure I was cared for every step of the way. I was lucky to have her there with me. As for the actual procedure, Dr. Pfeifer’s work and expertise shined through. My results look amazing from the incision to the adorable and natural looking belly button she constructed. Dr. Pfeifer is very meticulous and has an astounding attention to detail. Everything was perfect. I have been recommending this office to all friends and family interested in plastic surgery. I cannot say enough positive things about my overall experience here!

I was referred to Dr Pfeifer by a friend/colleague in the medical field who was also a former patient of Dr Pfeifer. She was the only consult I went to as I had immediate confidence in her as a physician and surgeon. Dr Pfeifer and her staff are all wonderful. I never thought i would be someone to get plastic surgery and they made me feel so comfortable and like part of the family. There was no negative to my experience. I have been telling my friends, should they need a plastic surgeon that "i got a guy" :) Should I require anything in the future, I will most certainly go back to her.
