Simply the best!

The team at Dr. Creamans office is simply the best! The staff treated me like family and Dr Creasman is one of the most professional and talented surgeons out there today. I have given numerous women referrals and every last one of them is beyond pleased. I have always felt that this office prides themselves on making sure they go out of there way to accommodate and please their patients. I will be a patient for life. Thank you so much!

Great experience!

Hi Dr. Creasman, I wanted to send you a note to express my appreciation of the efforts made by yourself and your staff. As you know, I had my surgery two weeks ago and got my first look at the “new” breasts yesterday when Beth took the steri-strips off to remove the sutures. Everything looks great, and I am quite happy with the result – I’m excitedly letting the days go by so complete healing can occur. I can say that I’m already more confident with the fullness and having the evenness that I have always wanted. I even tried on some clothes yesterday and realized that I now know what my tops are supposed to look like! So, the result looks great so far which is awesome, however I am also especially happy with the interactions I have had with you and your team. When Ken and I were deciding on the right surgeon, we met with numerous local doctors. Though all of them seemed competent, we felt that you had the greatest mastery of your craft. You were able to articulate my situation, the techniques you would use for the procedure, and the result I could expect, and you did it in a way that made sense to my us. In the end we measured this, along with our impression of the results you showed us from previous patients and then compared it with everyone else we interviewed. The decision was clear, and in the end I was sure that you were the right doctor for me. My husband and I are both very happy with our decision. A few things about your staff: Thanh and Katherine always made time to answer all of our questions and did so knowledgably – this sets the tone for visitors that come to your office immediately upon arrival. Compared to others, your staff is much more professional in appearance and interaction. We were always helped promptly, and we never got the feeling that the staff was comprised of girls who spent their nights in a strip club (apologies if this is offensive to anyone, but I felt it needed mention because it did factor into our decision). Maybe other people don’t care about this, but Ken and I are more conservative, and Tanh and Katherine made us feel welcome. Their appearance and professionalism lent credibility to the whole experience and we were confident that I would end up with the “plausible deniability” that you discussed with us during the first visit. Finally, Beth has been great to work with as well, most notably helping me relax prior to the actual procedure and with her competent follow up. Amazing results!

Dr. Creasman is the absolute BEST!!! He is so patient, informative, understanding and is there to answer any questions you have. He is very busy but will always make time for any concerns you may have. He is very direct and to the point and will not sugar coat his advice or recommendations He did an absolutely wonderful job!! My surgery results are exactly as he said they would be. I couldn’t be happier. I am three months post op and everything looks so amazing. My scars (in breast crease) are pretty much non existent. The day of surgery was such a breeze- no sickness and pain was completely under control. His office staff are amazing and the nurses are so comforting and helpful before and after surgery. You will not regret going to Dr. Creasman 🙂 Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Dr. Creasman!!

Incredibly patient and kind.

I had breast augmentation surgery on Aug 29, 2008 and so pleased with the results. Dr. Creasman and his staff was incredibly patient and kind during consultations and were always pleasant in casual conversation as well. My husband and I felt comfortable immediately. Dr. Creasman knew exactly what look I was trying to accomplish when I told him I wanted to be proportionate and 'not look cheap.' I was equally impressed with his anesthesiologist and was so surprised to wake up immediately after feeling alert and great. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend his practice.

Still very pleased with results.

Last week I completed my last and final check up (6mos after surgery). Still very pleased with results. My scars are as nonexistent as you could hope for. I would highly recommend Dr Creasman and I expect I’ll be going back in a few years when I want something else done.
