I have had three surgeries and I am completely happy - He is kind ! his staff is kind ! and I have no scarring. I have no pain anymore. The surgeries were done with the utmost best sterile environment and sterile procedures - I have recommended him highly - first surgery was for basal cell carcinoma on my face - there is no scarring. - and I had surgery for carpel tunnel surgery on both wrists - The pain I had before the surgery on my wrist was of the highest level and he was so kind to fit me in His schedule. He and his staff are the most caring health professionals I have ever encountered.

I'm not sure where to start. I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer and was given an option of a double mastectomy with reconstructive surgery so I took it and I was assigned Dr. Roberts to do my reconstruction. Was good with my spacers.(The Expanders/Savers that you get before they put the actual implants in). I finished my radiation and was ready for my final implants to be put in.. When I woke up from surgery with my implants, they were a whole size smaller. Than what I was supposed to get. This happened during the Covid pandemic. Needless to say elective surgeries (surgeries that were not emergencies) Were canceled. So Dr. Roberts told me that he would Redo my surgery with the correct size implants when elective surgeries open back up. I was OK with that of course I had to be. So for about three or four months I had to walk around with extra skin and small breast implants in. When elective surgeries open back up, I went in to schedule my surgery with Dr. Roberts to get my correct size implants Put in. It was then when Dr. Roberts decided that he was not going to replace my implants with the Correct size .... an extra 50 cc in each. He decided that instead to pacify me that he would give me liposuction and reconstruct, one small imperfection with the fat from my liposuction. I didn't need liposuction. I'm pretty thin to begin with. What I needed was the correct size implants put in. So I passed on the Liposuction. So for just about 3 1/2 years. I've been walking around with extra skin because I have the smallest chest that I've ever had in my whole entire life. Because the surgery only took out the inside of my natural breasts, and I still have all the skin from my natural breasts, which were bigger than these implants. I have been depressed and I do not want to walk into another doctors office ever again because of this. I woke up with the wrong size or maybe somebody else's implants in me. And then that I could not have my correct size put in after being told he would fix his mess up. I guess I'm writing this review just in case it happens to anybody else or to prevent it from happening to Anybody else. Aware of what size implants you were getting before you are being put to sleep need to wake up with the wrong size implants. Because after that apparently it's too late. This is caused so much depression and it's been so hard for me to walk out of my house and feel good about myself. I'm lumpy.. My breast don't look natural nor Normal. I regret ever putting my trust in to a doctor. My cancer journey has been a nightmare. And there is no positive for me on the other side of this. I can't wait to get these disgusting things taken out of me at the 10 year mark. To have them replaced. This doctor may be getting too old to do what he's doing. I wish that I filed a complaint on him. He admitted to me that he forgot to give me the implants with the extra 50 cc in them. And then, after he admitted it, he made a decision. To not redo my surgery the right way because of the Covid pandemic and it being four months after my radiation and final implants. And He took away my choices After my journey through Breast cancer. And I get to walk around with this fat roll And looking like a freak of nature for another seven years. Thank you, Dr. Roberts, for making me never trust the healthcare system again.
