I visited Prof. hc. Dr. Stefan Gress today for a facelift consultation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. He is not only an exceptional surgeon, but also very kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident. He carefully evaluated my case and prescribed an excellent treatment plan, which I truly appreciate. His approach reflects both high expertise and attention to detail. We came all the way from Saudi Arabia, and it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Prof. Dr. Stefan Gress — in my opinion, he is one of the best plastic surgeons in Germany.

I can’t recommend Professor Gress and his clinic highly enough. I flew to Munich to see him for reconstructive surgery after a botched labiaplasty in the UK as he is a world-renowned specialist - and he more than lives up to his reputation. Prof. Gress is undoubtedly an exceptional surgeon and artist, but he is also a genuinely kind, understanding, and empathetic person. It’s immediately clear when speaking with him how much his craft means to him, and how deeply he cares about every patient and their outcome. Having surgery is always scary, especially after a traumatic previous experience, but I felt completely at ease with Prof. Gress and was incredibly well looked after by him. The receptionists and nurses were also wonderful, especially Monika, who I would like to thank for being incredible throughout my time at the clinic! Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Prof. Gress and his team to anyone seeking surgery as he truly can achieve the impossible - he is truly a genius and I wouldn't trust anybody else! I’m early in my healing process, but I can already tell that he has changed my life and helped me feel at home in my body again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!! :)

It has been 10 years since my surgery and I went in for a check up- with that much time passed, It didn’t even feel that way. His bed side manners are impeccable, efficient and very genuine! He is not an ego driven surgeon which in this day and age I think it’s safe to assume is rare. The moment I handed in my paperwork I was being walked back into the exam room and moments later I was seen. Refreshing appointment—Same team and all which speaks volumes! Well done

Like many reviews here, I can't say enough wonderful things about DPS. Dr. Dreyfuss is outstanding. Great bedside manner. Extremely skilled. He explains everything in detail, is non-pressuring and truly wants to see his patients happy with the outcome, be it from surgery or injectables. His office staff is equally fantastic, personable, welcoming, informative, you name it. Additionally, his patients rarely if ever have to wait to be seen by him. Your appointment time is truly the time you can expect to be seen by him. I appreciate that immensely.

Professor Gress has really changed my life! At the consultation, he listened to all my concerns and he addressed all the questions that i had. We went through all the procedures that were to be performed and he explained the process meticulously.I had no doubt that he is the man for the job! had a vaginal tightening procedure and I must say this, this man fixed all the issues that I had. I no longer have urine incontinence and everything is perfect! I also had labia reduction and all I can say is...PERFECTION! This man is truly an artist! Every woman should go to him when in need of intimate surgeries!
