I am giving a 4-star review for now, pending my final results, but overall my experience with Dr. Beck, Rosa, and the staff has been positive. Dr. Beck performed my surgery when another doctor would not due to my medical condition, even though I had been medically cleared. The surgery went well, and I am currently still in recovery. Even now, I can say I am very happy I had the procedure. It has already changed my lifestyle, and I can now wear shirts comfortably that I avoided in the past. My main concerns were related to aftercare. One of my drainage pumps was not maintaining suction and was not draining properly. I reported it multiple times and shared photos, but I was told not to worry. This caused me significant stress, and I believe a quick in-office visit to evaluate or replace the pump would have helped and provided peace of mind. I was also only provided one pair of lipo foam pads, which became dirty quickly, so I purchased my own sterile gauze and wore clean cotton shirts to maintain proper hygiene. In addition, the medical glue used after surgery caused significant skin irritation and discomfort for me. I am not a medical professional, but it would be helpful for patients to be informed about this possibility. I strongly recommend that the office create an official aftercare video specifically for their patients. There are many videos online, but they all provide different guidance. It would be much more reassuring to receive clear instructions directly from the doctor’s office covering topics such as drain care, glue irritation, showering, compression, massage guidance, and what to expect during recovery. That said, Dr. Beck, Rosa, and the staff were professional, and the surgery itself was a success. I am grateful that Dr. Beck was willing to perform the procedure, and it has already made a meaningful difference for me. I look forward to seeing my final results and may update this review at that time. I would recommend Dr. Beck to others considering this surgery.

The staff at Sculpt Aesthetic is excellent. From the front desk to the treatment team, everyone is friendly and knowledgable. Caleb is my go-to person! From walking me through the process to answering all my questions to following up, he has made working with Sculpt a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely enjoy the team at Sculpt Aesthetic in Frisco. I recently had a chest reduction surgery, and they were amazing to work with. From pre-op to surgery date, fantastic. Surgery went amazing, better than I could have imagined. It’s the post op care that really makes this team stand out. I had my first visit at the clinic yesterday. The practitioners and nurses were wonderful and the staff just as welcoming and helpful. The whole team is amazing! In and out pretty quick. I’m looking forward to my second visit where we go over all the options and treatments.
