Wonderfully helpful, professional, and caring

Dr. Smith and his entire staff are wonderfully helpful, professional, and caring. From scheduling the appointments and covering billing with his admin (Fotini), to pre- and post-op follow-ups from his head nurse (Casey), to the procedure with Dr. Smith himself, I cannot think of a single thing that could have been done differently to improve my experience here. You can really tell that everyone is invested in making your experience the best it can possibly be. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone in the area.

I am doing a few other procedures with Dr. Smith, because there is no one else I would trust.

Dr. Smith is an incredible surgeon and his staff is the best there is! From pre-op to post-op, they provide support, guidance, and comfort. I had lipo and a BBL and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with my results. The procedure itself and recovery were literally pain-free. I was able to get back and up going in just a day. So incredible. I am doing a few other procedures with Dr. Smith because there is no one else I would trust. He and his team are truly amazing and would highly recommend!!!

Stop here cause you've found the right place.

This practice is amazing, from the customer service to Dr. Smith, to Fotini and Casey, and I’m incredibly lucky that I ended up here for my procedure. I was amazed at how quick and professional the entire process was, including the post-care offered. I am still around the one-month mark, so I don’t have pictures yet, but I can already see how great the results are going to look. If you’re reading reviews to find where you want to go, stop here cause you’ve found the right place.

If you’re on the fence, let me urge you to choose Dr Smith. I consulted with 7 plastic surgeons in nyc for my procedure (arm lipo). I chose Dr smith because of his kindness and his confidence in achieving the exact result I was asking for. He provided plenty of before and after photos to show the results I could expect for my body type, which was extremely helpful to see when making my decision. I have zero, zero regrets. Dr smith walked me through every step of the procedure on the big day and his team gave extremely detailed post opp instructions and followed up frequently via phone after I went home. My results are gorgeous. Not only that, but the office staff are exceptional. They really are as nice as all the reviews say. I felt informed, looked after, and comfortable from beginning to end and if I ever need anything else done I’m coming straight back here 😆

I wanted to wait before writing this review to fully see how my results settled in and lasted - now that it’s been a little over a year, I can confidently say I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Smith for my liposuction procedure. The results have been absolutely amazing and have held up beautifully over time. Dr. Smith’s skill and attention to detail really show in the natural, balanced outcome. His team is truly phenomenal as well. Rachel was wonderful in helping with scheduling and making the entire process seamless, and Fotini was incredibly helpful in ensuring I had a positive experience from start to finish. I felt fully prepared for the process as the team provided clear guidance on how to ensure a smooth recovery, and were available to answer any questions before and post-procedure. The entire staff truly prioritizes patient comfort, care, and happiness. I’m beyond pleased with my results and overall experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend!
