Dr. Bowen is one of the best Doctors in Bakersfield, he's highly professional and thorough and he actually listens to his patient's and remembers them. He is a rare find these days

We truly had the best luck ever to have transferred from Riverside to Bakersfield Medical where Dr Bowen used his skillfull hands and calm method to SAVE my husband’s pancaked hand from a car accident where he crushed his hand. It’s a long recovery but he will have his hand back. Three other doctors we’ve seen can’t believe he has a hand … this injury is an amputation. But Dr. Bowen and his magic surgery saved the hand. Forever grateful for you. Dr. Bowen 🐰⚡️

Terrible and unreliable
Terrible! I'm not sure he is even surgeon because he seems too scared to actually go through with my surgery. He has scheduled me 5 times now and called me THE DAY BEFORE the surgery to cancel. 5 times now!! Now I'm being referred to a different doctor because Dr bowen apparently can't follow...
