Choosing Dr. Chandler and his amazing staff was the best decision of my life. It was no easy task as I researched and had other consults with several other surgeons throughout the panhandle, Atlanta and the Tampa area over the last twelve months before going with the Best !!! From the very first phone call to my very detailed consultation we talked over every option and every procedure that would be best for me. Dr Chandler is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, but his passion for excellence and very calming bedside manner, reassured me that I had chosen the right procedure for myself. I'm 4 weeks post-op and the results are better than I ever imagined. I physically feel better, I look better and I have a new found confidence which shows in the constant smile on my face. I was highly impressed by the excellent care I received at Destin Surgery Center by my nurses and the anesthesiologist. Dr Boots even made me giggle a time or two. I commend the entire staff at South Walton Plastic surgery with all my phone calls, questions and concerns before and after my surgery. Especially nurse Candie....Her constant reassurance made me feel like I had a best friend by my side every step of the way. Thank you so much !!! Dr. Chandler is the absolute best!!! I can’t say enough about this amazing doctor. He recently did my breast lift/reduction and I have fabulous results. He is passionate about his patients getting the best results and is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, approachable, humble and talented doctors I have met. His practice, including his excellent staff, is an example of exceptional customer service; a rare find in today’s medical environment. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for Dr. Chandler! He is amazing! I went to him desperate to remove my 11-year-old breast implants as I had been suffering from breast implant illness (BII) onset that was driving me crazy with symptoms. He got me in fast with a consult and since that day he won me over. He believes in BII and does the enbloc/full capsulectomy procedure to not leave any residual capsules. I have always had tuberous breasts (thanks to PCOS) and even with implants they did not look great as well as asymmetrical breasts. Dr. Chandler not only removed my implants and capsules perfectly, but he reconstructed my breasts and gave them the prettiest shape of my life! No more tuberous breasts! He also did a lift and a small fat transfer to one of my smaller breasts to even them out. He honestly did phenomenal work! The scarring is minimal and he is a microsurgeon so he tries to make them as thin as possible. Obviously, it depends on how the person's body scars, but the precise skill of the surgeon is key to getting a nice look and minimal scarring. His office is very well situated in the heart of 30A, nicely decorated with a welcoming scent in the office. The office staff is very nice, Addison is super helpful as well as his nurse Candie and wife Twila. Der. Chandler himself is just amazing and so humble. He is not arrogant like other surgeons and takes his time to talk to you, explain everything, and answer all questions. This is rare, I am a nurse so I know how most doctors and surgeons work and Dr. Chandler is a rarity in the field. Hopefully, he never changes because that makes him stand out and rise above the rest besides his great artistic skills!
