Dr.Chiu performed reconstructive very complicated reconstructive surgery on my right hand over 30 years ago. No other doctor was up to the task on performing. To this day I have no issues with the hand. Dr.Chiu is a miracle worker and was put on this earth to help people with their quality of life. Thank you Dr. Chiu for everything that you have done for me.

Top doctor. I've known Dr Chiu since 1980 and was one of his first patients. He repaired a nerve and tendon in my right hand. I just consulted with him about a new hand problem. He is extraordinarily meticulous, takes the time that's needed, is thoughtful, calm, caring and respectful.

I had surgery on my arms for ulnar nerve transposition in 2010. After the surgery, I could no longer play my beloved guitar for 7 years. The first surgeon was a narcissist who could care less. He was all about getting in as many surgeries as possible for the day and rushed, cutting a nerve in my arm. After the surgery he said there was nothing he could do, so he sent me to a pain specialist. I went for opinion after opinion and everyone, except for one doctor, told me the same thing -There’s nothing they could do and surgery would only make things worse. The other doctor wanted to do a surgery right away, putting the nerve under a muscle, which the 3-4 doctors I saw before him all told me would not have any results or make things worse. Finally, I saw Dr Chiu. He saw me for awhile before finally making the decision to do surgery. He removed a bunch of scar tissue and put a fat wrap around the nerve to cushion it and keep it away from muscle and the surrounding area -a technique he created. Finally, I can play my guitar again. It took a while to develop the muscle and be able to play like I can again, but before the surgery there was zero improvement and anything I tried just hurt my arm. If it wasn’t for Dr Chiu I wouldn’t be able to play my guitar now. It’s been 3 yrs since Dr Chiu did my surgery. So far so good. Thank you Dr Chiu.

Dr. Chiu, is a horrible person and doctor! I have horrific results after his surgery. I was way better before going to him. I regret going to him and allowing him to even touch me. Aside from horrific results that I now need to get fixed because I am in pain, his behavior is terrible! He rolls his eyes and talks about himself and how wonderful he thinks he is. He is completely delusional and it's scary he is still practicing. Aside from all of that he is extremely dishonest and will give you surgery just to make money off of you. He does not care at all how things turn out affer surgery and will act as though things are great. He is a total con-artist. Do not go to him, stir clear!

Beware Dr. Chiu is nothing but a scam, I was told if i had nerve damage i would not have to pay for the consultation. dr. chiu said i had no nerve damage just so he can bill me $700 dollars . i was told by many other doctors that i had nerve damage my insurance also paid for Botox for the nerve damage. stay away from this doctor. he makes money from your consultation.
