Went to Dr. Rigan with my sole complaint being my marionette lines. He palpated my skin and a Q lift was recommended. I was called to schedule though still did not feel confident so came in for a second consult. Procedure was performed and mini-lift appeared successful though when the swelling went down, I did not see much of a difference. My chin line was improved but my marionette lines still prominent. Post-op Dr. Rigan said that if he would have pulled too tightly , my smile may have been distorted. I wish there was some plan fulness before the procedure. He said that when things settle down (swelling), he recommended another procedure which would target that area or some filler. His nurse came in and I opted for fillers ($700) but that gave me very little improvement and actually gave more definition to the lines. . I went back and they both agreed it “looked better to them”. So two and a half months until my daughter’s wedding and I don’t feel that the lines look much improved. Disappointed.

I trusted him with a nose job., Took the bandages off and looks like Pinocchio.. Went to go back for a revision and it still alooks awful. I paid 5 grand again for the second time around and it's not small pretty or small like you would like it to be after two surgeries

Very costly lesson. I scheduled surgery with Dr rigan. After reading his reviews I became very nervous. I canceled the surgery. Dr rigan would not refund any of 1200.00 I paid. I met him twice for 10 minutes each time....he could have at least refunded half. On top of this...they charged 3% for credit card charges which they didn't bother to mention over the phone. When I mentioned it it later ..they had nothing to say. They overcharged me 300 and I still haven't gotten that back.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Minimal waiting time before seeing the Doctor. Dr. Rigan is very personable, and an excellent surgeon who takes time to answer any questions about the surgical procedure. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Rigan didn’t say one word to me the day I went in for my procedure. He never explained what he was going to be doing or what I should expect afterwards. The nurse was pleasant but he on the other hand is not friendly at all and I think that’s very unprofessional. The whole process just seemed rushed. Almost like they couldn’t push me out of the back door fast enough. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will not go back to him for anything.
