My entire experience has been great, Dr. Guenther takes his time during all appointments to make sure you are comfortable and takes his time to explain everything. I cannot recommend this plastic surgeon highly enough. From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. (Which I had a lot of consultations) He has such a calm, reassuring presence — never rushed, never pushy, and never trying to “sell” anything. In a field where many doctors seem focused on social media and self-promotion, it was incredibly refreshing to find someone who lets his skill, professionalism, and results speak for themselves. Dr. Guenther and his entire staff were so professional. I was nervous as a male going into a cosmetic setting however they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Guenther set great expectations for what I was looking for and my results were far beyond what I anticipated. I would recommend him and the entire Coastal practice to everyone. My results speak for themselves!

I REGRET HAVING LIPOSUCTION I regret spending almost $10k for abdominal liposuction. I did not notice any difference in my stomach after the swelling was gone. There was not 1 pound lost on the scale. When I expressed my disappointment to Dr. Guenther, he poked me in the stomach and said words to the effect of …that’s visceral fat, only thing that’s going to get rid of that is diet and exercise. I was shocked and embarrassed by his crude response. If he could tell that after I spent $10k why didn’t he tell me that before. He did point out there was a very small difference below my belly button but could not make the same comment for my upper abdomen, which was the main reason I was spending almost $10k. Make sure you ask the question if your fat is subcutaneous or visceral and ask what can and cannot be removed.
