I could say so much about the doctors at this clinic, these excellent surgeons, but words would fall short of expressing the quality and skill they provide. I have absolutely no complaints. I can say that they have completely changed my life. These surgeries, performed by expert hands—women who know what they're doing—have transformed my ability to see my body as I did before. I love every scar on my body because it teaches me that it was another chapter in my journey to love myself. I thank God for these women. I know that just as they have changed my life, they have changed the lives of other women. Therefore, I can say that my life has changed since day one of the reconstruction process. Dr Paley just amazing She's just 100 percent perfect. She's caring, honest. I just had a third surgery. I have one more to go. I wish my insurance paid for implants. Thank you Dr PALEY.

Had my consultation on 9/25/2024. Dr. Paley was compassionate, thoroughly explained my procedure and what to expect. She was very professional and I feel absolutely great going forward with her. She understood my need and addressed it. EDITED TO ADD... DR. PALEY DID MY DAUGHTER'S PANNI (FDL) 4/2025. The results were Remarkable. Dr. Paley is very meticulous about her work, there is a high level of time and respect that goes into what she does. Mine is scheduled for this fall. I am so very happy to have her doing work on me again. Her integrity, and professionalism is unmatched. She is the best around in the North Country. If you are thinking about cosmetic surgery she is your girl, she will DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT.

Such an amazing practice & Dr. Paley does the most amazing work! We drove from Syracuse due to no medical providers in our area that would take our insurance. It was well worth the drive to have such a professional team that always answered questions and took such good care of my child! Would highly recommend this practice. So grateful for your dedication.
