Love the staff. They were all so kind and friendly. Dr Ortegon was very thorough and explained everything to me. I will bevhaving my procedure in November.

I absolutely love SACS! I have had my bodywork with Dr. O who is amazing and so friendly and caring. I’ve had Cynthia with my lip filler and injectables and she is the best and treats u like she’s known u forever, Ms. Lisa is such a great person who helps with all the plans and financing (love her), Liz at the front and all the clinic staff are chefs kiss! 💋 I have never had a bad experience and I started with them in 2015 with my first procedure. 🤗

I recently had another procedure with Dr. O and, just like in the past, the experience was outstanding. Having been under Dr. O’s care before, I already knew I was in excellent hands, and this visit only reinforced that confidence. They take the time to explain everything clearly, make sure I feel comfortable, and always show genuine care for my wellbeing. The staff is just as impressive—kind, organized, and consistently supportive. Every nurse, assistant, and coordinator I interacted with made the process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and compassion truly set this office apart. My surgery went smoothly, recovery has been great, and I’m thrilled with the results. I’m grateful to have a surgeon and team I can trust wholeheartedly. I highly recommend Dr. O and their wonderful staff to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I don’t know where to start. So I talked to Lisa who was amazing at first sold me on 31k and so I did it paid for the first portion because I had to wait according to the doctor to hat said he could not do 6 hours because that was to long for him to do. So after everything was done I went in to do my pre op paperwork and when doing so the lady said I got 3 free treatments but I was charged a 1000 dollars for it and I was like what the heck. So we stopped and Lisa came back and said let me show you how you’re going to look I was like whatever. Then so lady I’m guessing the office manager intervened rudely and just canceled my surgery mind you I already paid it in full. Preceded to talk to her in the office and I asked if she could close the door and denied me and said she needed it open for her safety and again I was like what the heck. After she knew nothing of what was happening I explained to her and then she was confused. Lastly she said let me get the doctor so I waited another 15 minutes to be told he was still busy and said it would be better for me to move on because she didn’t want me to feel a certain way in my recovery which was like a month away. Lady why would I carry that for a month and did all that with a closed door. So then I told her ma’mm can you open the door I don’t feel comfortable with the door closed and she was appalled for me even asking so I told her how does it feel, it doesn’t feel good does it. You should never judge a book by its cover because I’m Hispanic tattooed and bald. I’ve been nothing but respectful to you because I’m a 50 year old man that was raised by a single woman that raised me right and be respectful to women…… Horriple experience horrible people and horrible doctor. It doesn’t end because you say so. I’ve reported this doctor to the board so let’s see what happens now…

Cynthia is absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed and the office ambiance is warm and inviting! I love this office so much and look forward to my visits! If you are focused on becoming the best YOU possible … I highly recommend making your appointment at SACS. Cynthia walked me through my process and made sure all my questions were answered. I asked the Universe to guide me the right direction as I focus on becoming the best version of myself… and it brought me to Cynthia and SACS.
