Dr. Srinivasa is an incredible surgeon with impeccable attention to detail. The results from her surgery are unbelievably good -- all of my many follow up doctors (oncologists, NPs, GP, radiologists, etc.) comment on what a great job was done on my reconstruction. Dr. Srinivasa coordinated my surgery with three other surgeons (breast cancer, LYMPHA and another) to complete my surgery in one day. Not only was that a feat of nature since it was just after COVID, but the surgeons were some the best in their fields. I cannot recommend Dr. Srinivasa more. She's kind, an expert in her field, and her office is incredibly well run. Thank you Dr. Srinivasa for the amazing results from my reconstruction!

Dr. Srinivasa is absolutely incredible. I am two months out from a DIEP Flap reconstruction she performed on me and could not be happier. She removed my 15 year old implants and gave me life! As a breast cancer survivor I could not have felt like I was in better hands. Her clarity and bedside manner throughout the entire process was amazing. I felt completely cared for by her and her entire office. 10 outta 10 ladies!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough!! I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2023. I remember looking into breast reconstruction during chemo because what else do you do in an infusion chair for (5) hours. I found her and wished and prayed that I would see if she can do my reconstruction surgery. 1 vision board and two years later…. I was fortunate enough that she said YES and she would figure it out! I honestly cannot recommend Dr. Srinivasa enough. From start to finish, the level of care, expertise, and compassion was beyond anything I could have imagined. Dr. Srinivasa takes the time to truly listen, explain every detail, and make you feel supported throughout the entire process. The surgery itself was life-changing, and the results exceeded my expectations. The whole team is incredible—professional, kind, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance. I felt safe, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. If you are considering breast reconstruction, do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Srinivasa. You’ll be in the absolute best hands, and your confidence and peace of mind will be restored in ways you never thought possible.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative breast cancer in January of 2025 and I knew that I wanted a double mastectomy almost right away. I met with another surgeon who told me that I would have to have expanders and implants to supplement my DIEP flap surgery because I didn't have enough tissue in my stomach to rebuild my breasts (which are a B cup). Due to infections during treatment and having to have my chest port removed I didn't want to put any foreign objects in my body. A former co-worker was a patient of Dr Srinivasa's and she came highly recommended. We did a virtual consult and she was confident that she could do the flap surgery without expanders or implants, she's not a fan of expanders and I understand why. When she told me she didn't believe in putting someone through something that wasn't necessary I knew she was it. The first surgeon also told me they were going to take my nipple and lymph nodes as well as skin around my nipple because they operate based upon what the cancer was when it started. Dr Srinivasa and her team did a nipple delay surgery two weeks before the mastectomy and DIEP flap to check for cancer in those areas BEFORE removing them unnecessarily. I'm about 3 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier about what Dr Srinivasa and her team have done to help me feel as whole as possible after this. She saved my nipples and did a double mastectomy and DIEP flap all in one surgery. This woman is amazing! Also if you are told she is out of network for your insurance, don't let that stop you. Dr Srinivasa and her team helped fight for me and with my insurance company to get the surgery approved while never making me feel like a bother. I highly recommend Dr Srinivasa and her team. Her credentials speak for themselves but it's her heart that comes through. She truly cares and wants to help women during the most difficult time of their lives.

I have spent the majority of my life having surgery whether it was from a birth defect or breast cancer--I feel like I have the background to speak on the quality of a surgeon. A friend recommended I check out Dr. Srinivasa after I had my mastectomy--I was in Washington State, she was in California it seemed like a long shot. Nevertheless, I scheduled a consult with her. From the moment she came on the call I knew I needed to make her my surgeon. She's one of the few surgeons that I've come across who not only exudes confidence and skill but also empathy and kindness--you'll end up wanting to be her friend. When she takes you on as a patient, she takes all of you on. Days before my surgery my insurance was denying my Diep Flap procedure, Dr. Srinivasa personally spent hours on the phone with my insurance attempting to get the issues resolved--I don't know of another surgeon who would invest that much of their own time. I had my Diep Flap about a month ago and am so pleased with the results. It takes a lot of self control not to show off Dr. Srinivasan's work. Her work is impeccable and her attention to detail is second to no one. I'm looking forward to having my second phase done in December. Dr. Srinivasa has been such a blessing through this process and should be on every women's cancer team. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Srinivasa to any family or friend in need of reconstruction surgery.
