My cousin had an appointment with Dr. Linetskaya and paid a consultation fee. Despite having insurance, she was still charged $200 for the consultation. She was given a return appointment and instructed to bring back documents along with a letter of necessity from her primary care physician. During her return appointment, the doctor informed my cousin that, because a rash was not visible, she would not proceed with submitting the request to her insurance company for her procedure. I am confused that this information was not explained to her during the initial visit. My cousin felt that her time was wasted, as this information should have been explained during her initial visit. In my opinion, the doctor selectively chooses who she performs surgery on. My cousin left the office in tears.

Wow 😨 I was definitely saved by God’s protection for me not to make a consultation appointment with this doctor! 🙏🏻 When you call her office the answering machine picks up, which actually says their office hours are from 9-5pm weekdays and also gives an emergency phone number for after office hours. Then you hear a slight beep, which makes you wonder if it’s the signal to leave your message or just hang-up. I left three messages on August 8th, 2024 and one more on August 9th, they finally called me back at 11:30am. The receptionist’s tone of voice was awful….seems like she truly hates her job…when I said hello…she said “Dr. Linetskaya’s office” I said excuse me and that’s when she says “This is Dr. Linetskaya’s office calling” with the most stank attitude ever! I simply told her “it okay I already found another doctor” and she hung up on me. Thank you God for your protection! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If this is their patient care just on trying to get an appointment, can you imagine how they treat their patients after they already have you hooked for surgery and have your money!?! I recommend that you stay away from this place, there are many other excellent surgeons. Please do your research, its for your health and peace of mind. I found one at NYU Langone with wonderful reviews and have already made an appointment with a very professional receptionist.

BREAST DECISION EVER MADE!

Dr Linetskaya was FANTASTIC! A very skilled surgeon that is very honest and up front about what is involved. The office isn’t the greatest with communication but if you want an honest and talented Doctor this is who you go to! I had a breast reduction and besides all the back pain it alleviated, they look PHENOMENAL! I couldn’t be happier!
