I haven’t had my surgery yet, but I felt compelled to write this review because of how exceptional my experience has been so far. From my very first call, this office has been incredibly responsive; truly the most responsive medical office I’ve ever dealt with. Messages through the patient portal are answered same-day (often in minutes) which is so rare and so appreciated. My consultation with Dr. Eliopoulos was thorough and thoughtful. I never once felt rushed. She answered every single question I had, spent ample time with me, and made sure I fully understood my options. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. When I booked my surgery, I received a packet of detailed step-by-step information. Everything was laid out so clearly! I had prepared a huge list of questions/notes and didn’t need to refer to them. The office really sets the standard for informing their patients. Refreshing! I also worked with the office on FMLA paperwork, which was another seamless step. From the initial inquiry, to developing a surgical plan tailored to my specific needs, to all of the administrative support, the entire process has been seamless and professional. I am hugely thankful for everyone and their hard work. Dr. Eliopoulos and her phenomenal team have my highest endorsement!

Dr. Eliopoulos and staff are the best. I believe their number 1 goal is patient satisfaction. The entire staff, from Dr. E down, is warm and friendly. Beyond that, the level of expertise each staff member possesses, is amazing . And they are willing to share that expertise with you. I’ve felt very well taken care of throughout my procedure. I would recommend Dr. E and staff to anyone.

After undergoing two major cosmetic procedures with Dena Eliopolous and her team, I can confidently say she is the most skilled cosmetic surgeon I have encountered. She is genuine, thoughtful, and meticulous in my results exceeded every expectation. Her staff is incredibly warm in extremely professional creating a supportive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Dr Eliopolous in her entire practice for any procedure that you may be thinking of.

Met with a few surgeons for consults on breast augmentation. I was feeling very defeated. Whether it was bed side manner, or not feeling listened to, or not full transparency with pricing, there was always an issue. As a health care professional, I know what to look out for, and how things should be done. I found Dr.Eliopoulos, and my entire outlook and experience changed. From consult, to surgery day, to post op care, she has taken incredible care of me. I always felt listened to, and I felt in the best hands possible. I have not one negative thing to say. The entire experience was way better than I could have ever imagined.

I recently had work with Dr. E and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, Dr. E and her staff were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. The level of care and support throughout the entire process was truly exceptional. I consider myself a tough critic, and I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. The hospital staff was equally wonderful, and my recovery was smooth and easier than expected. Most importantly, I’m extremely happy with my results.
