I had eye surgery and my wife had a complete job. Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful and Dr. Bolitho is a masterful surgeon who is the most friendly, caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. 5 stars!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been under the care of Dr. Bolitho and his incredible team. From my first consultation to my final follow-up, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Dr. Bolitho and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had, ensuring I felt confident and prepared. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole team showed genuine care for my well-being, both physically and emotionally, making this experience one that I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you for giving me a renewed sense of confidence and helping me feel like the best version of myself!

I had my full “mommy makeover” surgery with Dr. Bolitho 3 weeks ago and I had the best patient care experience. From the initial phone call, consultation, preop, surgery, and post op follow up, the caring attitude and professionalism were consistent and superlative. Dr. Bolitho and his team, Karen, Elizabeth, Maritxu, Danielle, Lauren, Courtney, Sonia, and Dr. Chen, were all very caring, professional, and superlative. The overnight stay post surgery at The Lodge with Nurse Sonia was a retreat. Dr. Bolitho was very attentive in listening to all my concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. As a patient, my goals are safety, optimum results, and satisfaction. He and his team provided me with all these — beyond my expectations. I love my results. I followed all their detailed pre and post op instructions. Dr. Bolitho is very skilled, highly experienced and pays attention to every detail. I felt attentively listened to and was treated with the utmost respect. My surgery and recovery went very well without complications. Did I say my outcome was outstanding? YES! Far beyond my highest expectations. I was frankly worried about pain control, but I had surprisingly little pain that was well controlled by the medications. Thank you so much Dr. Bolitho and team for the excellent care, amazing experience and fabulous results. I highly recommend Dr. Bolitho without reservations.

I had surgery about 18 months ago and was disappointed with the skill level and attention to detail. I also had a reaction to the “dissolvable sutures,” the doctor used the same sutures AGAIN in the revision surgery six months ago, trying to improve the outcome, and it caused the same issue all...

I had a breast reduction (no implants) done with Dr. Bolitho in 2019. It was a $10,000 procedure. I was originally a 32F bra size, and unfortunately I am only down one cup size to a 32E. I decided to go with Dr. Bolitho because a good friend raved about the service and how much she loved her breast reduction despite me liking another doctor. I constantly felt like a last priority patient at this office. Waiting an hour to be seen each appointment only to be seen for 2 minutes then dismissed. The office would be very friendly and helpful with what looked like repeat patients who'd show up. At one point they scheduled me and didn't tell me the appointment was at their other office and the woman seemed upset at me for not being told they even had another office. The day before my surgery they called me to tell me they'd be switching me from first appointment to second appointment of the day because they mismanaged their schedule. Imagine the stress of an upcoming surgery and then having things switched on you last second.. Dr. Bolitho told me several times in the initial appointment that he would be making my areolas smaller with surgery, I didn't feel they were large but agreed it would be a good idea. Currently my areolas feel larger than ever before now that they have a scar outlining them, and they were cut jagged so they're not circular, they're lined like a hexagon or something. 6 months after surgery I started feeling severe nerve pain under my right breast that shoots to my underarm. To this day it's extremely uncomfortable for me to wear underwire bras. I was told to get a CT scan and brushed off when I brought up the pain. Overall unsatisfied with care, service, and surgery. Would not refer anyone I care about for a procedure here.
