Having used Dr. Steinbrech for a succesful past procedure, I reached out and entrusted him and his team for blepharoplasty, and a neck and lower face lift. The entire practice is very knowedgable, friendly and accomodating. I was especially shocked by how my lower face came out. I was not expecting the wonderful results that I got! I had contour and a chiseled look that I never imagined I could have as "chubby" cheeks run in the family. Very, very nice eye results. My neck took longer to heal but I was shocked to see that I still had an adams apple under all that fat, and the end result could not have been any better. From consultation to all the follow up visits I would highly reccomend Dr. Douglas Steinbrech and his team and I would certainly use him again in the future. Dr. Steinbrech did my breast implants 12 years ago. My boyfriend who is now my husband didn't know they were not real. I had a few GYNs over the years. During the yearly breast exams they always complimented how real they look and the minimal scarring. My current GYN said some of her patients have big scars. I don't live in NY anymore but I will go back to him to do a mommy makeover. Looking forward to meet with him again.

I had a 360 lipo abdominoplasty with Dr. Douglas Steinbrech, and while there were some positive aspects to my experience, there were also several issues that I feel need to be addressed. First, Dr. Steinbrech and his nursing staff were both very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable and provided great care during the procedure. However, I was disappointed by the way the procedure itself was explained. While Dr. Steinbrech is clearly skilled, he didn’t take the time to thoroughly explain the details of the surgery or potential risks, which left me with some unanswered questions and feeling a bit uninformed. While the results were generally ok, I did experience a complication after the surgery, which I understand can sometimes happen. However, the way it was handled left me feeling unsupported. I developed a “water balloon” effect in my back, and when I reached out, I felt that my concerns were brushed aside and not treated with the attention I expected. It was downplayed as if it wasn’t a big deal, despite the physical and emotional discomfort it caused me. Additionally, I trusted Dr. Steinbrech’s recommendation to inject fat into my chest, but unfortunately, the result was uneven, leaving me with one side larger than the other. I felt that the outcome could have been better, and I was disappointed in the final result. Years after the procedure, I continued to notice unwanted fat located on my side, and when I reached out to Dr. Steinbrech about it, he was unwilling to acknowledge the problem. I had to go to another plastic surgeon to have it addressed. Overall, while Dr. Steinbrech is skilled, my experience with him was marred by poor communication, lack of proper post-op care, and issues with my chest fat transfer. Given my experience and the follow-up care I had to seek elsewhere, I would not recommend him.

Dr. Steinbrech has changed my life forever! He's a wonderful surgeon: Kind, direct, and understanding. He's also extremely passionate about his profession and his specialty, which comes off immediately upon meeting him. He understood exactly what I wanted and took the time to make sure I understood the realistic process and results I could expect. His deft hand did a number of procedures on me and all have turned out spectacularly -- changing the way I look and feel beyond what I could have hoped for. My experience with Dr Steinbrech and his office was top notch. I received filler in my lip. The doctor recommended which filler he thought suitable as well as placement. I trusted him fully and he absolutely did not disappoint. It also doesn't hurt that when I first entered the office I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and then spoke for a while with his medical assistant.. what a doll! It really impresses me when I have a truly flawless experience. I am so pleased and I can't wait to return.
