Zero stars. Drew A. Kreegel should not be able to practice medicine. For those that had a positive experience, you are lucky.(that or the positive reviews are fake) I would advise you not to play roulette with this "surgeon". I was his patient back when he practiced in Nashville, TN. I have been in therapy for years from the trauma Dr. Kreegel has caused. I am just now able to share my story. He made big promises at the consultation. Once at the surgery center, he arrive late and laughed and said he "was huffing some gas". I should have pulled the IV out, got up, and ran for my life. Looking back, I think he did actually huff gas before work and very well may have a substance use disorder. After surgery, I was rushed out the door vomiting all over myself and unable to walk. At my post op appointment, I immediately knew things were wrong. My breast were different sizes and one of my nipples was up near my collar bone. I had random incisions in my back and places that should not have been touched for my type of surgery. He said "well its not like you do porn for a living" He gaslit me and told me my breast would "settle". A few days later I developed necrosis in one area and a serious infection in the other. I had a high fever and felt terrible. I called his answering service/nurse and left multiple messages. I was ignored for several days. Then finally the answering service instructed me to come in the next day. The next day I arrived to a locked door and an emptied out office. I tried to call and the office number was no longer in service. It was a real life nightmare. He abandoned a patient in a serious life threatening condition. I ended up fighting for my life and my breast in the hospital. I lost part of my areola due to necrosis. Turns out, he had lawsuits pending from other injured patients and he skipped town. He has bounced around from place to place over the years. Now, he is practicing in Florida.. at least for now until he hurts someone else. I cry every time I take a shower or try on bras. I cannot wear tank tops or bathing suits because my nipple is on my chest. I still have nightmares about my experience. I am forever mutilated and disfigured. Forever botched by Drew A Kreegel.

I chose this place and Dr. Kreegel after being fooled by their positive comments, but I made a big mistake. First of all There was no procedure on my arms and inner thighs that was already in my contract. I’ve paid for it. I think the doctor forgot to do it. Only part that i can see the difference before and after, it is my belly but it doesn’t look right. Even though 7 months have passed and I had been wearing a faja regularly for 6 months, my belly is still lumpy. I also had 20 massage sessions after the surgery. I spent about $2.5k on massages. Despite all theese, my body has not improved due to the wrong procedure. I will add the photos below. I was crying when i woke up after surgery. This pain took me 4 weeks. Despite all the pain, nothing was done properly. I don’t suggest this facility and this doctor. Since u get anesthesia u don’t even know what they’ve done what they haven’t. There was no needle spot for proofing my inner thighs and arms done. So Make yourself a favor go with smart lipo. At this facility they use traditional lipo. I wish i had done my research enough. I wouldn't be sad when i looking at my body.

I’m thrilled that Dr. Kreegel will be performing my surgery! I first discovered him on YouTube and was really impressed by all the glowing reviews. People consistently talk about how he boosts your confidence and makes you feel great about yourself. His entire team has been incredible throughout the whole process. They’re always quick to respond to any questions and have been so patient and informative, never rushing me into making a decision. I felt so confident in their service and Dr. Kreegel’s reputation that I decided to move forward with the surgery. Thank you for the excellent service—I’ll be recommending him to everyone.

I love love Kreegel, I’m 1 year post op and I’m obsessed. He provided so much detail and information very helpful I had no issues after surgery. I would do it again in a heart beat. He did amazing. 10/10 recommend to everyone

Dr. Kreegel is one of the best Surgeons out there. His team is an amazing asset as they are professional and eager to assist. Why not choose Dr. Kreegel. He is honest and has a straight forward approach. I chose Dr. Kreegel because he is double board certified with 29 years of experience. Is there a need to say more? He is very competent and has the hands of healer! His expertise and background speak volumes! I cannot wait to have the opportunity to have my my time with him and his team at spectrum Aesthetics !
