Dont go to this doctor. I had a 9:35am telehealth appt. They sent me an invoice with this doctors name at 8:03am. At 8:04am, one minute later I got another email but this time a cancellation. I called the office and asked who Edward Carvallo was and they said he was my doctor. He is not. Ayca Kabasakal is the doctor listed on my appt reminder. Ashley the office manager told me when I called a few minutes later that they were not open yet and to call after 9am. I did that and was met with the rude response that I didnt pay so the appt was cancelled. She didnt care about their one minute apart emails or the wrong doctor on the invoice. Director wouldnt get on the phone but was fully aware of issues.Was told to find a new doc as he was refusing to see me because I threatened to notify the State. Stay away. Asking State to intervene so this doesnt happen to anyone else. This will also delaymy care as I waited for this appt.

Dr. Carvallo and his entire staff are wonderful! They really care about your journey to wellness! I stopped in on the way by with a question for the Dr and before the end of the day they had me all squared away! Not just there for a card renewal people, they are here to guide you! I am thankful for marijuana treatment which has allowed me to live life without pain management and all the pills! Marijuana can be a game changer folks! It is for me! Can't wait for my next appointment so I can tell him about my journey so far! Do yourself that favor folks, and try it. It's legal after all!

Very jovial staff! I was greeted cheerfully by the two ladies in the office, and Dr.Carvallo was extremely helpful and sweet. Definitely will be coming back, they sure know how to save us some money!! Ask about the referral program. :)

This place was easy to find. The nurses inside are just amazing. Everything was quick and easy. The doc was understandimg and compassionate. Best price around. They make you feel welcome. I would def recommend them to anyone looking for their medical card.
