I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Vaca. I recently went to Dr. Vaca for a rhinoplasty and browlift and I could not be happier with the results! There is no other surgeon I’d trust with any plastic surgery especially my nose. Dr. Vaca listened to what I wanted to change and I trusted his opinion on what he thought would look best for my specific features. He will always tell me when he thinks I don’t need something done and when he thinks something will look unnatural. I had minimal bruising, swelling, or scarring after my surgery and I attribute that to Dr. Vaca’s expertise as a surgeon. He is calm and confident which always made me feel at ease. Dr. Vaca and his staff truly care about their patients and take the time to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire surgery and recovery process. Any questions or concerns I had both before surgery and months later they made sure to answer and had solutions for. Thank you so much to Dr. Vaca and staff!

Dr. Vaca, who performed my brow lift, is unbelievably precise. His work is all about symmetry, balance, and angles, and you can see that in every detail. What I appreciated most was his confidence and clarity. He knew exactly what to do without overcorrecting or making me look surprised or “done.” The result is so natural that it doesn’t even look like I had anything done, yet there is a clear, beautiful difference in my eyes. My daughter suffered a terrible injury in her face. We were fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Vaca—and I cannot express how grateful we are for his care. Dr. Vaca saw us on extremely short notice and immediately put us at ease. First of all Dr Vaca came highly recommended by a quality source. Dr Vaca’s “everything “ was seamless, office support was polite and professional, the surgery facility top notch , and lastly i had NO pain and healed in 10 days basically with BEAUTIFUL results ( upper eye lids). Dr Vaca has a great eye and a comforting confidence. His work has been the best procedure i have ever had to date…truly!!
